You mean the Frozen Teardrop Picture Drama that is a bonus-feature included in Gundam Wing's Blu-ray? If so, then yes, it's already subbed and out sometime ago.

-The Poison Apple is actually an apple shaped red gas cloud, this is great. It comes from the transport capsule's shattered glass and when in contact with air becomes black.
-AC Trowa was reading books while piloting a Leo Type II. His captain's first love was Mareen Darlian in the past when she was a nurse.
-When J downloaded Beta's memory into Alpha they became evenly matched. Alpha got a black tank top while Beta got a green from J, both equipped with shocking device.
-Catherine was taken from the spacefort by Sheherazade, Prometheus and a Leo Type I before being rescued by Liaoya who recognized the other 2 Gundarium made MS as allies since he was a friend of Master O.
-After Catherine was killed the Barton Foundation sniper tried to flee in the Alliance general's car but Duo had set a bomb on it. Sniper killed by the detonation.
-Actually Vingt contacted Noin, before hear was a smiling teenager.

It’s nice to finally see Wing Zero’s front-wings put into good use as shields. While the rear-wing are obviously function as thrusters, many Wing haters and naysayers always say that WZC’s front-wings are useless and only being there as unnecessary decoration. Now it’s proven that they’re actually good shields.

Most likely. But when it comes to atmospheric battles, many naysayers deemed that the front wings are major useless deadweight. At the time, I argued that the front-wings can easily function as shields, but I had no really solid proof back then. Hell, just two pages ago in this thread, I was arguing with Chibiloli about WZC's wings' functions where I said that they are both thrusters and shields. So, I’m glad that the manga (an official source) actually backs me up with a solid proof now.

Follow the manga and you might find out more. However, now, nobody can say that the wings are just useless decoration anymore.

Still, based on my experience playing with my Master Grade, we can safely say that WZC can still shoot its rifle to targets in front while defending with just one wing like how other Gundams use their shields with one hand to defend while shooting their rifles with the other hand. In fact, WZC has more options coz both its hands are free while shielding with his one wing.

-Heero interrupts the communication and Vingt says not even The Heart of Space or ZERO could predict Heero's existence, he exists besides the cosmos's causality(Chirico?). Vingt is doing this to provoke him.
-Vingt and Dixneuf appear to be in Vulkanus
-Relena is still experiencing the past

Past, Zechs:
-Zechs and Erv join the Rebels
-Nonnenheim broght DNA of hundred of highly capable people when terraforming Mars, inclunding Vingt's
-Iria is now guarded by the Magnacs
-Zechs' mission is to infiltrate a kind of ether to Bulge
-Duo and the Dragon Clan farm while waiting for the assassination in Bulge
-Meilan hasn't met her fiancee yet but she wishes to live freely
-Zechs completes his part of the plan

Past, Heero:
-Alpha and Beta train in Leos. Beta removes the outer armor of his Leo for better performance. These Leos were the first made by Seis.
-Alpha loses repeatedly to the better maintenance/tune up of Beta's Leo
-J orders them to switch to new MS. Alpha gets Proto Zero while Beta gets the unfinished Wing equipped with Beam Saber only. The pilot skill should cover the tech gap
-Proto Zero easily slices the Leo apart with its saber. This is an insult to the Talgeese it was based on
-A noble soul is needed to pilot the Gundams, therefore mass production is rejected as that could lead to simple murderers using them
-J destroys the shock devices as he's satisfied with them piloting the Gundams

Past, Wufei:
-A 9 year old Wufei was a self taught genius that easily advanced classes. This caught Master O's attention who considered him a candidate for the Gundam
-Wufei out of boredem reflects on weakness and cowardice

Past, Duo:
-Duo assassinated the Bulge's commander using the anesthetic
-Duo and Meilan try to escape but are chased until Zechs and Erv help them in their MS
-This assassination is the cause of the 2nd Lunar War

With this chapter they can release vol 12 and by the looks of it FT isn't ending soon
