Anyone else besides me is expeting a major troll from Gremlin?, it would be very dumb if they start losing when they just got introduced in the previous novel (no Team Rocket, please). So, I think this mission is a bait set up by Gremlin in order to get their way while the main dumb... erm, I mean Touma, hooks it as usual lowering his awareness about other things/friends.

GREMLIN leader is probably that Norse Majin Ollerus mentioned at the end of Volume 22, so he's bound to be Dangerously Genre Savvy and will know better than to take on Imagine Breaker straight on.

Best way to win is with a psychological battle. Touma has never lost before--as in, his goals (normality, peace, etc) were accomplished even if he got plowed as a side effect, the Acqua incident being a prime case example. When people start dying by the hundreds, then thousands because he's resisting, it's sure to affect him.

Mr. Majin needs to force Touma into impossible moral choices (K, kidnapped Pikachu-chan. Want her back? K, just killed 100 children lolololololol ^^) and slowly eat away at his mind and morals, aka try to get him to go slowly flirt with the darkness despite the best of him. There has to be a limit to Touma's ability to solve everything, even with a gang behind him.

Rage quit if Touma gets a free pass again and just goes, FUKOU DA I'M A BADASSSSS *Illusions Broken, Harem Girl Added*.

Even if Touma was given the choice to kill people, he'll probably find some way out of it. Touma's segments run on idealism, murdering people for him is a very foreign concept. It sounds more like something fitting Accelerator and Last Order's segments since Accelerator's segments somewhat focus on human life and how he tried to escape the darkness. GREMLIN leader demoralizing Accelerator and turning him against the others would be very bad.

I'm just gonna to what I've always done and just skip the sections with Touma in it, unless it has another character whom I like.
