Zest = First ambushed under unclear circunstances and then fighting on deteriorating condition due to clone degeneration

Lutecia = Powerfull but emotional and naive

Megane = again, ambushed under unclear circunstances

Einhart = Starlight Breaker, do i need to say more?

Dieci = facing the title character during the climaz is a guaranted defeat xDU

Arisa = wait, did she even count on this? Uhm ...never expected that a cutie like Nanoha will slap her i guess xDU

Shamal = Probably weakened before being defeated by Otto's ray storm(she was protecting an entire building from a batallion after all xDU)

Yuuno = defeated by NanoFate fans xDU

Chrno = Smart Fighter type, for him being defeated is only a chance to study his enemy.

Hayate = Nerfed(seriously, what about having inferior copys of the Tome of the Night Sky, Reinforce and the Schwertkreuz?) and Shafted into oblivion.

Reinforce Ein = Never truly defeated, at least not directly by another character she fall due to her own circunstances.

Reinforce Zwei = very inferior copy of the original, currently useless against the Hucks anyway.

Signum = Utterly destroyed at her area of expertise quickly and messily and without even a chance to warn others about Eclipse or even doing something of significant utility(unlike Chrno for example), her act of heroism was entirely pointless

Short answer: Let's call Schach xD! She hasn't defeated onscreen at the moment, she, Tohma and Isis can save the day xD!

Now, now, Just because she loss a fight, that doesn't mean she's uncool or pathethic, in fight, that shows she's vulnerable, you know? Kinda brings mor ehumanity to the character, not an unbeatable being who blastes wave sof enemies with the flick of a finger, which I do like and I'm thankfull for, I just hate un-beatable all mighty characters.

I was mostly talking about each charater first onscreen defeat and what contributes to that. I also disagree about Reinforce Eins, she was essentially paralized by her master, otherwise Nanoha was fighting a hopeless battle against her(shrugged off Excelion Buster like nothing first time).

At the point Nanoha was actually doing anything that affected Eins, it was something Eins wanted to happen. You might as well say you lost a fight with your surgeon because you let him anesthetize you and make an incision.
