She had some trouble getting to sleep due to a case of the munchies and was currently fulfilling it since the food at home sucked. Making her way to the front with slushy in one hand, dog in another and chips in her mouth she caught someone entering the door out of the corner of her eye. Long brunette hair, blue eyes, soft face… It took Fate a few seconds before her brain registered who it was. Ducking in the isles she kept an eye on the girl. She watched as the brunette shyly walked down an isle looking lost. She then stood in front of the candy bar section and eyed the treats. After few moments fidgeting and playing with her hands she grabbed one and made her way to the casher to pay for the treat. Once she paid she scooted out of the store. One not to let opportunity slip Fate hurried up to pay for her stuff and started to run after the girl walking down the street. Once close enough Fate began her bombardment.
“So Princess, what brings you down to this part of town.”
The girl froze in place; deer in headlights style. Slowly she turned around seeing Fate just smiling and walking towards her.
“Were you sneaking out,” Fate brought her hot dog up to her mouth “to go service your boyfriend?” With that she proceeded to do a rather provocative motion with the food item leaving the other girl to blush furiously and continue walking on her way.
“I was just going to get some fresh air.”
“And you traveled down here.” Fate fired right back tagging along with the girl. “You shouldn’t do things like that Princess. See there are all kinds of creeps around here. Something might just happen to a little pampered girl like you.”
The girl turned her head away from the blond in defiance, “It seems like one is following me.”
Fate put up her best girly expression “Me? Creepy? That’s so sweet.” She got serious after the girl rolled her eyes. “What? Don’t you like my company? I don’t get it; you were gazing at me the first time I was at your place.”
The girl jumped quickly to defend herself “I never seen a women do that kind of work before. I was curious.”
“That the strength of a man was in the body of such of women as me?” Fate emphasized her female features. Once she got the girl to blush even more she moved on. “Did you enjoy the little show I put on for you? You were blushing pretty badly from what I could see.”
“I… I… never saw someone do something so…” the girl seemed to lose her defensive steam by this point. Now she retuned to what was her normal shy self. “I never saw something so… dirty… I shouldn’t be watching such things, it’s not right.” The girl was back to fidgeting and playing with her hands.
For some reason this seemed to lighten up Fates mood. “It’s ok for you to watch. I wanted you to watch it.” Blue eyes questioned her, “No shame in taking in what is given to you.”
The brunette just marched on while Fate tailed her. Eventually the houses started to get a little too up scale for Fate’s taste.
“Well I shouldn’t go much further. The police might be patrolling to beat back any dirty degenerates from such pristine estates.” Fate turned to walk away but the brunette stopped her from going too far.
“What’s your name?”
Fate turned around and took a gentlemanly bow. “I am Fate.” The brunette once again rolled her eyes at what she thought was a joke. “Now good night Princess, I must be on my way.”
Fate took off before the brunette could say her name. She just sighed and looked at the ground. “I’m not a princess...”
Meanwhile Fate had other words under her breath “Dam why the hell did I walk this far from home?”

This really enthralls me. There's just something about an over confident perverted Fate hitting on the ever-so-innocent Nanoha that I want to see more of. I picture Fate dressed so casually with untied shoes, baggy jeans, but a shirt that shows off her curves. Nanoha strikes me as a girl wearing a sunday dress, or a tie-strap dress. The kind with support on the dress so you don't have to wear a bra, giving her a rather innocent look.
So far Nanoha seems extremely interested in "the dirty world", as her reply to Fate saying she snuck out to Barrier Jacket someone was to just blush and turn away. She seems innocent, feeling embarrassed just looking at Fate's perverted motions. I like that; the fidgeting, the shyness, but still interested. I'd love to see Fate open put moves on her. ( Fate: You're looking awfully hard. Want to touch? *pushes chest closer*" Nanoha: *slowly reaches to test it after much debate*)
Why was Nanoha out? Why did she look at the candy like that? Did she sneak out to try some? Is she that sheltered? I'd like to see more.
Fate is still great. She obviously has nothing against lewd acts, which I hope she will throw on Nanoha soon.

"Okay..." he then said to the band of classmages (corny classmate mages mixed word), as he wheeled the yo-yo in to the corner. "This is now the floor most occupied with the enemy machines..."
"And that weird secretary with the long nails..." Eika, one of the three Terrans (yes, from the 97th) replied, clutching her newly created device (thanks to an injured TSAB engineer back at the 16th floor) Raijin.
The two other Terrans, Karen and Kotoha, nodded in agreement, clutching thier newly created devices as well (thanks to said engineer), with two other Midchildans, Mike and Renee nodded.
"Okay... let's take a look." Bridget spoke, opening his visor and opening a screen for everyone to see. "More of the big balls and a lot of the smaller ones- and no sign of the strange secretary. And there's the elevator to the 10th floor on the other end- we need to get to that if we're ever going to get out- we have some classmates back at the lab tending to Mr. Minoru so we have to be quick."
"But if one big ball we're already strained against it, that's about five in the hall... possibly more- what chance do we have?" Karen asked.
The group was silent for a while and finally, Bridget stood up and pulled the yo-yo quickly.
"Me."
"What do you mean 'you'?" Mike asked.
"She's in the special section in the academy- a section reserved for magical 'oddities' and 'geniuses'... her magic seal is different from any enforcer we know- heck we don't even know what it is..." Kotoha commented.
"Not to mention that her attacks simply went thru while ours were of no use against that strange barrier." Karen added.
While they were talking about the observations, Bridget was simply walking towards the corner, Eika noting and suddenly following him.
"Hey..." she called out. "Hey... Hey i said!!!" she again spoke, grabbing his hand.
"What is it?"
"I'm not allowing you to get yourself killed."
"I have to do what i have to do..."
"Aren't you stupid?!!"
That question echoed along the floor, alerting the gadgets, making them advance slowly. The humans were now alerted to the incoming intrusion.
"What are you doing Eika?!!" Bridget asked, removing the hand that was holding his.
"Like what I've said, I'm not allowing to get yourself killed until you tell me your name..."
"Suit yourself... we'll settle this later." Bridget then spoke and ran towards the corridor.
"That idiot..." Eika could only comment as the rest caught up.
The gadgets now stopped as they locked on to the templar.
Target locked on...
"Hi there..." he then greeted them, twirling his yo-yos round and round. "You seem to be a big family..."
Analyzing Target... Acquiring Signature...
"What's she-" Mike tried to ask, but was stopped by Eika.

By this time, the yo-yos were now back on his hands, and with one flick of the right wrist, two yo-yos were now on the right- bringing the total to three. Then with one smooth arc, he clipped the third yo-yo on the top of his ring, an engaging sound heard as it seemed to link with it.

It's a perfectly normal day for one of the ten graduate classes of the Bureau Academy. As part of deciding their future placements, the month of September onwards was dedicated to expose graduate cadets to the various Branches of the Bureau, mainly Ground, Air and Navy- as well as some major and minor groups willing to take in new faces. In fact, just the day before, a rather important guest had arrived and staged a lecture to the ten graduating classes.
"Hey, hey hey... have you guys submitted your application forms from the lecture yesterday?" one person in the room asked another.
"What application form yesterday?"
"Ah! i forgot that you were not here yesterday Hanei. As you see..."
Someone in the room sighs, attracting the attention of the camera to a girl with black eyes, black hair that is tied in a ponytail head weighing heavily on the pair of arms that was supporting it- a definite sign of boredom.
"How about you Eika?" the absent asked said bored person.
"Me?" said bored person asked in return.
Eika Ichiryu, Female, Age fifteen, Alignment Midchildan, Home Domicile Earth, Country of Japan, already serving in the military as a test pilot before being hand picked and enrolled in the academy by unknown entities... "Well..." a new voice came in, making the two natives look at the source, a girl with grayish-boyish hair and brown eyes. "It's really like Midchilda... but with more reliance on technology and zero magic."
"Zero Magic?!!"
"Yes... zero magic." the gray-haired newcomer replied.

The sound of bodies falling on hard earth was somehow muffled yet sickening. And the area where the bodies landed was relatively undisturbed; no signs of them falling from any great height, but still the impact was still audible. A prolonged and eerie silence reigned for a few minutes as the bodies showed no signs of life. But after a few tense minutes, movement- at least someone survived it. Within fifteen seconds of initial movement, sounds of pain emanated from the pair that landed one on top of the other- it was a definite sign of life.
“What the…” a faint moan from what seemed to be a male came out. “Where… how…”
A sudden glint of sunlight flashes thru his eyes, a sudden reminder of the event that happened just a few minutes ago, the reason of their being in this strange land.
*Flashback*
In Orbit around a planet known as EL-6125, Sector 213, Inner Orange Zone.
It was a losing battle, against seemingly imbalanced odds. They were now on the verge of recovering one of the “Feathers of Sacred Memory” from a ruin on the planet when suddenly, a mysterious man bearing the name of Viscount Kairos of the Lotus Order suddenly bore his forces and himself upon the three ships (actually four, one of them was the armored tender Fumi Maru) that made up the Recovery Task Force- the GDI Ship Azure Memory, the Royal Earlian Flagship Kagatsuchi, and the TSAB Elite Ship Silvana. He sent out two forces, attacking both those on the surface, namely the Aces and other senior personnel, and in orbit, namely those left behind to guard, namely the Forwards and some of the younger personnel. So far, the surface was already clear, thanks to the fast actions of those on the ground, but back up in space, things were reaching critical point. The Kagatsuchi, being the weakest of the 3 ships, already had extensive damages to her engines, wings and bow, so much so that her main gun, the Nano-Particle cannon was offline- only the VD-Class fighters were providing a shield for the stricken ship- themselves vulnerable to being attack, being unable to move. The Silvana was faring better, Tannhauser antimatter cannon already fired, managing to destroy the mass of the attack, shields still holding up. The Azure Memory, being made out of much tougher stuff and made by an equally tough GDI, was still, in relative, doing fine and unscathed. What was left now was the Viscount and a few tough enemies.
“Cease Fire!” Kyla commanded over the intercom as the Viscount simply defied logic against such mass of firepower, his remaining minions proving effective.
“Already tired?” the viscount simply mocked, voice somehow emanating from him thru space, sending chills to all who heard. “What boring playmates. Well never mind… I have to get what I came here to grab… and take you down as well.”
“OH SHUT UP!!!” a voice, still going strong came out of the opposite direction, from where the ships are.
*End Flashback*
The sound of chirping birds, wind and flowing water brought him back to the reality that he was not sure of being real.
“Shut… up…” he could only moan as he slowly moved himself, carefully so that the person that used him as a cushion was not disturbed.
As he carefully moved his now confirmed female companion, he could only breathe sigh of relief, awkwardness and nervousness, relief as because he heard her breathe softly- a good sign, awkwardness and nervousness because first of all, some of her areas were on him, giving him mixed feelings of tension and joy- he had only touched a girl’s skin only once- this particular girl’s to be exact, and secretly, he had long to touch it again and secondly, he had to move her without doing “anything funny”, as some would say- let’s say that that particular day a month ago was still fresh on his mind. He managed thru the ordeal, laying her down upright and managing to sit himself; leaning on a tree. He managed to gather enough strength to stand up and carefully listen to the nature around him. He closed his eyes, allowing himself to take in the flow of energy around him allowing him to sense danger by virtue of his Dei teaching. None so far, he managed to zero out one sound among others, flowing water…
“… Flowing, falling water.” He could only think as he picked up his pace, heading towards the only thing that can produce such sounds with water.
A waterfall, and not just any waterfall, it was a waterfall marking the edge of a tall cliff, overlooking what seemed to be a combination of temperate forest, farmland and a small town on the ground and in the sky, there were clouds, and landmasses floating, stark contrast to the wide blue sky. And dominating the skyline, not overwhelming but still a focus of attention, a giant sphere that seemed to be artificial, taking the aura of an eye in the sky. It was a scene that the old (sorry Kyla) admiral would label as “strange”, it was something that, if using the common dictionary, was the word “surreal”- it was simply too vast of a scope to explain it fully, but… it can be summed in a single sentence.
“This is not our world…”

“OH SHUT UP!!!” a voice, still going strong came out of the opposite direction, from where the ships are.
The viscount simply cringed at the tone, for it indicated that something he had done previously had now gone wrong.
“M-m-m-my… my Deep Rifter… it didn’t work?”
“No…” this time, a female, came out of the same area. “It did something alright, pushed us back…”
The faces of the people began to change, from despair to hope for the majority, while it turned from shock and awe to pure disbelief and horror for the minority.
“So you people would not simply die huh?” the noble began to fume. “Well then, I will make you dead then, not just in this time, but also in all dimensions!”
He began to cup his hands once more, beginning the chant that would bring out his cursed weapon, the Stolen Saiga of Gravity, Einhander.
“Mighty spirits of the Anti-Canon; become my piercing hand…” he began his prayer of dark invocation.
“Like we’ll let you!” unified screams of resistance began to resound in the space, the warriors converging on the current nexus of evil.
Back on the surface, great haste was now being made for the senior mages and knights, seeing that the battle’s lights were still flashing. With them was the one of many such objects, one of the feathers- and it was currently in the hands of one of the only two juniors that managed to tag along- Jun.
“We need to get back up… but we also need to guard the feather until all is clear.” The oldest and clearly the assigned team leader, the researcher Aurion spoke. “It’s much better to clear a path rather than fighting all the way up.”
“I agree…” Hayate, the assigned assistant leader replied. “All the heavy hitters should come with the exception of one.”
“I’ll do it…” Arcasviel Emira, the A group leader replied. “I’ll stay here with Jun and Wendi- Wendi can move Jun and the package around easily while I destroy anything that tries to threaten.”
“There is no way that you can just stay here and go all wacky…” Mel, his life partner and A group sub-leader replied. “If you stay, I’ll do the same…”
“As you wish, my saint…” Arcas chuckled, earning a slight pinch.
Jun was seeing worry in her leader’s eyes.
“Don’t worry about me…” Jun spoke to Keroko. “I know well how to take care of myself…”
“But…”
“Tesla-nee is catching up to us right? Then we must do our part…”
“Then it’s decided…” Aurion could only say as he turned to his partner. “Liria, stay here as well.”
“But… why?”
“Don’t worry about me…”
Back in the ship, while the ships were no longer rocked by attacks, we focus first to the Kagatsuchi, where the Queen, who was for the duration of the battle was suspended in her pedestal, was bleeding due to the damages that her ship had sustained. The blood was floating around her, contained by only the field of the pedestal, almost submerging her in it- a truly surreal and gruesome sight. We then focus to the still intact Azure Memory, where her commander, Reverie still had that determined look on her face- quite the stark contrast to her usual self- but perfectly normal for members of the Metherlance Family as herself. And on the Silvana, Minerva in her capsule was doing fine, save a few scratches and on the captain’s chair, Kyla, with the young Trieze on her arms, comforting her like a mother would do during a terrible occurrence. She suddenly stops her petting and looks at the youngling with a tender yet determined smile.
“We must never let anyone cry again…” she thought as she stood up, the young number backing off a bit, only to fall in the arms of Vincent, who simply shook his head.
Trieze could only follow her eyes to the now descending Admiral and her eyes began to well up as the captain’s chair disappeared beneath a sliding panel.
*End Flashback*
Sunset, unknown area.
In a clearing near the waterfall, we now spot a makeshift camp. We zoom to it revealing an out of place structure, small though, like it was more suited for mobility than permanent habitation. There was also a campfire burning, placed over it a couple of seemingly edible fishes, warming up ready to eat. And at one side, was the blanketed form of the girl named Subaru Nakajima, sleeping carefully, even though she was carried from the "landing spot" to the campsite. In the meantime, the boy, the male reactive named Ashton Marten McDouglas, was again leaning at the side of a tree, carefully thinking, still sensing the energy of life around him. Minutes, later though, it became a bit more livelier, as he heard a soft groan from Subaru's location. He quickly rushed to her location and hovered her now stirring form.
"Ugh..." was the first word she managed to say in this strange world- probably an understatement to the true reality of what was happening. "What?"
"Subaru... Subaru..." the boy began to speak and gently nudge her. "Hey, are you okay?"
She could only groan and stir- at least it was a good sign, and he blew relief at that.
In the space around EL-6125, Same Time.
Five ships were now in orbit around what seemed to be a small star- but upon close inspection, it was a thing beyond any logical explanation or even the grasp of common physics it was a-
"Rip in the Space-Time Fabric... similar to a dimension tunnel but created out of unstable and conflicting energies instead of controlled tunneling." Kyla replied, who was in the meeting room along with most of the senior mages and commanders. "That attack must have dealt something... but where does this lead to?"
Meanwhile, at the Silvana's hangar, it was an atmosphere of apprehension, sadness and tension that befall upon the weary survivors of the battle. At least 25 AX members were killed outright in the battle, many of them newly requited mages and newly trained ZAKUM and DRA-M operators along with ship personnel, with more of the seriously injured on the brink. Both the Kagatsuchi, the Azure Memory and the tender suffered less casualties, the crew being the main load cause on the Kagatsuchi- despite the structural damage to the hull, about 15, mostly SLAVE-based androids and no count whatsoever on the GDI ship and the fully automated tender. The fifth ship, which bore Keroko's right hand Tesla, was already on site providing additional support, mainly people to clean up the battle site, which was filled with wreckage, unexploded ordinance and the most grisly of all, remains of once living beings. Back to the hangar of the Silvana, various images of grief were on display...
To one corner, an injured Erio being attended by a similarly injured Caro, medic box on one side, parts of their bodies wrapped in bloodied bandages.
At one hallway, Deici leaned to a wall, sparks flying from the damage she received when one of the Viscount's Deep Rifter Spells grazed her arm, a newbie mechanic who had just lost her two partner operators tending to her.
Then to one side, a tired Vita, Graf Eisen slung on her shoulder, soundly sleeping, while a settling Signum and the attending Shamal nearby.
And at the middle of the hangar, the ship’s chaplain, administering prayers of relief, prayers of comfort and final rites.
“May the divine relieve of your suffering and worry, may you be in the realm of the gods forever… in eternal life…” he could only repeat over and over, himself trying to keep his emotions in as he worked- a priest of Dike, the Goddess of Death and Finality must never falter.
Now we head to the infirmary of the Kagatsuchi where only 3 humans were injured, with the Queen suffering the most, blood loss that was quickly remedied by returning all the spilled blood back to her. She was now lying on a bed, literally wrapped in bandages, with Aoi looking over her. At the other end of the room where the other two injured- minor though. And at the hallways, there lay the tired Otome and Valkyries, still in their armor robes, sleeping as if nothing had happened.
And finally, we move to the Azure Memory, where it was frantic with people dashing thru and from various sections, carrying items, papers and such, the usual procedure after a battle. And at the ship’s chapel, there was Ren, knelt and in deep prayer, with the ship’s priest arranging the area for the upcoming service, tears slowly tricking down her cheeks.
*Flashback*
From out of the darkness, a point of light began to shine. That light was brighter than all the current flashes of interception, and it was fast approaching the battle zone, everyone who saw it coming quickly moved out of the way, except for Kairos, who took the full brunt of the impact.
“I should have tried harder then?” the noble seemingly to grudgingly ask as he looked at what he had expected now, the combat duo of Subaru Nakajima and Ashton McDouglas.
“You shouldn’t have tried at all.” The astral image of the boy Ashton replied.
“You think that you can just simply do that to me… you shouldn’t have done that.”
At those words, the lock was released, allowing the others to take a shot at him. First of them to gun after the noble was Arika of the Otome group, robe already in the form of “true night”.
“Don’t even mock me, little girl…” Kairos spoke, as he resisted the maiden’s charge.
“Like I even did…” she replied as she gave way to the next attacker, Erio.
Even though the boy was significantly weaker than the noble, he was managing to push him a bit.
“You little runt…” the noble then spoke. “You keep coming for more…”
Then from above him, Caro, who was riding Freiderich blasted a fireball towards him, which he promptly blocked.
“And you little bi-”
His profanity was cut short by a couple of incoming daggers, managing not to block them and digging themselves in his cape, exploding a short while later as Erio moved back- It was Cinque. Moments later, it was three of the Schiff; Solty, Principe and Hastati.
“Even you divinities!!!” he fumed as he resisted the fist, mace and scythe of the three gods that were currently fighting.
“Your lord is wishing to become god, and we don’t like that…” Hastati replied as he tried to bear the blade of his scythe to the noble’s neck. “Maybe not a god… but he’s still intent on destroying everything already established, and we really don’t like that.”
“You can never stop what my lord will do to this cosmos…” Kairos managed to push off the three gods away, but with Solty managing to rebound and land an unsuspecting hit on the viscount’s midsection, making him grab the attacking divinity by the neck.
“And you!!!” he scowled, tightening his grip on her neck. “You are an even bigger threat than any of them here… I shall take care of you right…”
“Don’t you even dare!!!” Subaru’s voice came in, followed by a fist to the face of the noble, releasing his death grip.
Kairos responded with a Deep Rifter, which was promptly dodged, but was headed towards the Silvana- towards a sniping Deici- who had been trying to get a clear shot of the enemy. She barely dodged it, part of the spell hitting her arm, damaging it extensively, to the horror of the other Numbers and mages, while the rest of it slams into the hull, further damaging the ship.
Meanwhile, back at the Silvana.
“Report!” Vincent ordered as he brought out another chair in place of the one that descended earlier.
“Defenses down another fifteen percent.” An operator replied. “If we take another hit, we’ll lose our shields…”
“Are you okay Minerva?” he then asked his wife.
“I’m still okay.” She replied. “The ship needs command while the Captain is away…”
“Okay.” He then replied, placing Trieze on his chair, placing the seat-belt. “You stay here and hang on…”
He then sat on the captain’s chair and began to call out his first order.
“Okay… I want precision hits on this guy- shoot between the eyes if needed! Bring the sniper inside as well. I want full details and coverage once the Captain emerges!!!”
Meanwhile, at the executive airlock, Kyla was in deep thought.
“This is some real deep hole we’ve dug ourselves into… a hole that is turning into our grave with each second.”
“So, what are you planning to do then?” the small voice came into her head, after a long absence.
“We have to rethink everything… and for that, I need to see firsthand how his minions fight, in order to gauge what to do…”
“Sometimes… you don’t have to think to act. You just need to do what happens naturally.” The voice continued.
“I don’t mind you giving suggestions to me, but who or what you are is bothering me a lot… don’t you know that?”
“I may be a bother, but at least that keeps you alert… and that you can remind yourself of what could happen.”
The airlock began to close, a signal to get into her core jacket. A few moments later, the outer door opened, allowing her to emerge, fully jacketed and Vulcan at ready. At the same time, an airlock door opens at the Azure Memory, her commander emerging, all three devices activated.
*End Flashback*
Back at our camp site, some more progress at Subaru’s condition.
“Where? What? When?” she began to mumble while her eyes are still slits.
“Can you hear me?” Ashton began to ask. “Hey, wake up!”
Then an incomprehensible mumble escaped the girl's lips- at least it was a really good sign now, and it became better when she managed to speak again.
“Where? What? When?” she managed to speak with more volume and substance, at least she was comprehensible. "Ashton?"
"It's me alright... anything wrong?"
"I don't know..." she managed to say in straight. "Is there supposed to be something?"
He could only reply with a nod.
"Wait a minute, this does not look like anywhere I know."
"Yes..."
"Where are we?"
"In the middle of nowhere- exactly where in nowhere, i don't know." Ashton replied.
"But..."
"I built up the camp from my survival kit, built a fire, caught some fish from the nearby river and here we are..."
"Okay." Subaru finally said as she slowly sat up. "We're in the middle of nowhere... are we the only ones here?"
"There's one good news, look over there..."
Ashton pointed out toward the far distance, in the direction of the cliff, and amidst the far and wide darkness, two sets of lights- one a smaller group, indicating a town, and another one much farther but much bigger, probably a city.
"Lights..."
"It's too dark out right now to proceed to them- might as well rest now and then proceed to the nearest one by..."
"But..."
Suddenly, a growl is heard, loudly heard. Ashton suddenly looks at Subaru and said girl simply turns red and covered her stomach.
"You'll collapse if we don't rest here right now, so enjoy your fish." Ashton replied, presenting Subaru with a grilled fish on a stick.
Subaru could only puff her face in slight discontentment as she ate her fish.
Retrieval Fleet, Same Time.
"Area status?" Kyla asked as she viewed the progress of the containment and cleanup efforts in the battle zone.
"85% clean, and the rip is still holding stable." Sensors replied. "Though identification of organic matter is taking too far."
"The far gruesome task..." the Admiral commented. "A lot of people, though experienced in battle, have yet to see death in all forms- and have to experience the cleanup."
"I wish we had that attraction spell the GDI commander once used on Earl to recover the destroyed bodies of the dead vessels..."
Suddenly, a switch flipped on in Kyla's thought.
"That's it!" She suddenly spoke, grabbing the communicator's keyboard. "Give me the Azure now!!!"
After a few frantic seconds of typing, the ship's nameless second in command was on the line.
"She's currently in mourning, so I can't really do anything much except place a..."
"I'm done..." the usual voice of that commander came in the screen. "Do you need anything?"
"I need a small favor, but this may be a bit too much to ask of a GDI commander. To be able to trace the whereabouts of every missing in the battle, I'm asking for a recovery spell be called upon the area..."
"The 'Collection of Souls'..." the nameless commander then replied. "But that's..."
"Consider it done..."
"But Com..." were the last words of the commander before the screen blanked out.
Meanwhile, the transport from the planet's surface had just landed in the Silvana's hangar. From it disembarked the exhausted retrieval group, looks of weary upon their faces- more pronounced in the two youngest members of the group, Jun and Wendi. It was a very harrowing experience, as if nothing worse would come their way. Upon stepping on the deck, they simply collapsed, barely caught by the other senior members. The other able Numbers were already heading towards thier fainted comrade. Nanoha and the others had no time to spare though, as they headed towards the bridge. Minutes later, they appear, the rest already assembled for the meeting.
"Okay..." Kyla began the proceedings. "Only Mcdouglas and Nakajima are the ones missing. And so far, no trace of them among the remains as well. But this is a fact, that rip out there is caused by that last attack, and based on what we've seen so far, this is a tunnel to somewhere, but all calcluations seem to defy it as of this moment. Aurion, do you have anything to say about it?"
"Hmm..." the scientist turned 'adventurer' thought. "I myself cannot bear to think of whatever energies were released."
"It does not compute then..." Vincent commented.
"Everything does not compute as of this time Vincent." Kyla commented. "Anyway, once Miss Reverie finishes the Collection Ritual, we'll be able to trace where they went. Shari, I want you to proceed as soon as it finishes."
Not Yet complete... but most of the charas are from other series universes and a lot of OCs as well...

Fanfic update: none; currently refraining from doing all fanfics as I'm occupied with my final-term major project. well, enjoy what I have served here.
‘And some chips and a slushy and a hot dog'. Fate had a plan for her midnight convenience store raid. She had some trouble getting to sleep due to a case of the munchies and was currently fulfilling it since the food at home sucked. Making her way to the front with slushy in one hand, dog in another and chips in her mouth she caught someone entering the door out of the corner of her eye. Long brunette hair, blue eyes, soft face… It took Fate a few seconds before her brain registered who it was. Ducking in the isles she kept an eye on the girl. She watched as the brunette shyly walked down an isle looking lost. She then stood in front of the candy bar section and eyed the treats. After few moments fidgeting and playing with her hands she grabbed one and made her way to the casher to pay for the treat. Once she paid she scooted out of the store. One not to let opportunity slip Fate hurried up to pay for her stuff and started to run after the girl walking down the street. Once close enough Fate began her bombardment.
“So Princess, what brings you down to this part of town.”
The girl froze in place; deer in headlights style. Slowly she turned around seeing Fate just smiling and walking towards her.
“Were you sneaking out,” Fate brought her hot dog up to her mouth “to go service your boyfriend?” With that she proceeded to do a rather provocative motion with the food item leaving the other girl to blush furiously and continue walking on her way.
“I was just going to get some fresh air.”
“And you traveled down here.” Fate fired right back tagging along with the girl. “You shouldn’t do things like that Princess. See there are all kinds of creeps around here. Something might just happen to a little pampered girl like you.”
The girl turned her head away from the blond in defiance, “It seems like one is following me.”
Fate put up her best girly expression “Me? Creepy? That’s so sweet.” She got serious after the girl rolled her eyes. “What? Don’t you like my company? I don’t get it; you were gazing at me the first time I was at your place.”
The girl jumped quickly to defend herself “I never seen a women do that kind of work before. I was curious.”
“That the strength of a man was in the body of such of women as me?” Fate emphasized her female features. Once she got the girl to blush even more she moved on. “Did you enjoy the little show I put on for you? You were blushing pretty badly from what I could see.”
“I… I… never saw someone do something so…” the girl seemed to lose her defensive steam by this point. Now she retuned to what was her normal shy self. “I never saw something so… dirty… I shouldn’t be watching such things, it’s not right.” The girl was back to fidgeting and playing with her hands.
For some reason this seemed to lighten up Fates mood. “It’s ok for you to watch. I wanted you to watch it.” Blue eyes questioned her, “No shame in taking in what is given to you.”
The brunette just marched on while Fate tailed her. Eventually the houses started to get a little too up scale for Fate’s taste.
“Well I shouldn’t go much further. The police might be patrolling to beat back any dirty degenerates from such pristine estates.” Fate turned to walk away but the brunette stopped her from going too far.
“What’s your name?”
Fate turned around and took a gentlemanly bow. “I am Fate.” The brunette once again rolled her eyes at what she thought was a joke. “Now good night Princess, I must be on my way.”
Fate took off before the brunette could say her name. She just sighed and looked at the ground. “I’m not a princess...”
Meanwhile Fate had other words under her breath “Dam why the hell did I walk this far from home?”

I picture Fate dressed so casually with untied shoes, baggy jeans, but a shirt that shows off her curves. Nanoha strikes me as a girl wearing a sunday dress, or a tie-strap dress. The kind with support on the dress so you don't have to wear a bra, giving her a rather innocent look.
So far Nanoha seems extremely interested in "the dirty world", as her reply to Fate saying she snuck out to Barrier Jacket someone was to just blush and turn away. She seems innocent, feeling embarrassed just looking at Fate's perverted motions. I like that; the fidgeting, the shyness, but still interested. I'd love to see Fate open put moves on her. ( Fate: You're looking awfully hard. Want to touch? *pushes chest closer*" Nanoha: *slowly reaches to test it after much debate*)
Why was Nanoha out? Why did she look at the candy like that? Did she sneak out to try some? Is she that sheltered? I'd like to see more.
Fate is still great. She obviously has nothing against lewd acts, which I hope she will throw on Nanoha soon.

Over confident perverted Fate hitting on an ever-so-innocent Nanoha is interesting to me too (see Inimical by Arigatou Sheitarou for more pervy Fate). I did realize during breakfast the i left out some harassment out of the story. Oh well i can add it in later.
The only thing i can add to your description of Nanoha's appearance is that she has her hair down for most of the time.
Nanoha lacks social defenses, so unlike Fate she is not quick to defend herself against various comments. Her only option is to pretty much turn and ignore it.
More is to come and things will get interesting as we find out more about the girls.
