Go down to the bit about Baangs. According to SIU there are only about 10 E rank regulars that can control 3.

In chapter 40 of season 2 Wangnan was really surprised when the fire guy controlled 3 rooms, and Baam can control 5 rooms.
Guess average wave controllers at E-rank can only control 1 room, good ones control 2 and 3 rooms is elite and rarely seen at E-rank.

From season one, that teacher mentioned that it took him two years to create his first room and he was called a genius, a second and third room will take much more time than the first.

That's not necessarily true; in fact I would say that SIU strongly hints at the fact that she was the last person to make it on. If you look closely, Bon Bon appears on the last page, hinting that right after Androssi found out, she shot it and made it onto the Archimedes. Given the appearance of Bon Bon, it would be reasonable to assume that the panels after the "End" panel actually occur beforehand.
