I found a place which has a general summary translation of volumes 5-7 of the LN.

Spoiler for comparison of VN and anime for that part:

In the LN, Gretel and Axmann didn't just walk in together. Gretel was trying to escape but the Stasi found her. Before she could get into the building, Axmann shot Gretel. Gretel found some morphine to reduce the pain and made the 'this suit was supposed to stop those bullets' reference. Axmann then ordered the building to be burnt down. Before Gretel died, she found a file that showed Karl (implied to be Irisdina's brother from what I read) was alive and survived the Stasi purge of 10 years ago. Gretel died content in the knowledge Karl was alive because back then, Gretel and Karl were dating.

In the anime, it's fairly different. Axmann and Gretel went in together then the Stasi set the file network on file. The rebels found the building and made their counterattack. Before Gretel could kill Axmann, someone shot her. Axmann fled and Gretel dies as a result of her wounds and the fire.

Um no - Karl was Gretel's sweetheart, while Irisdina's brother is Jurgen (about his ideals Iris and Betrox chat in the stinger after the episode 11).

Did seem weird that wiki claimed Irisdina had two brothers. *shrug*
