Hooray! Gratz. I'm loving that new thread banner btw. Great idea to use previously created sigs as a monochrome background. The use of brushes in the...bear phones...signature is brilliant aswell.

I'm not so keen on the black border for the 'beauty sleep' one however. Then again that may be a personal thing as my borders are normally all the same.

As JRendell and The Chaos said thethick border-less version is better.
( it was not the thickness than was the biggest issue but the fact than the 2 side wasn't the same thickness than botheres me.)

I think the main problem for me with the old border you had was it's colour. The colour scheme you had in the signature was predominantly very red/pink/tan, so a large border of a different colour was a bit too much for my eyes.

If you think about it, you do that style of border every now and then, and it normally looks good. I went back a few pages and dug up these; they all have the same style border, but their border's colours fit with the colour theme.

Or the opacity on the borders could have been lowered, I have just realised.

Yup, they are. The most standard way I would do it if it was a light and bright sig, is the white on the sides with lowered opacity. I tried it on this last sig... but it failed
