Hey Ishtar was great. Only good thing from Macross II was her and the opening song/sequence.

Sylvie was kind of meh, but she could have worked better with more episodes. I expected Mirage to be more like Sylvie done right. And we got...Mirage.

Somehow, I didn't realize I actually was on hype about this game I suddenly bought a Vita just last week. Screw me, I'm a fangirl, I need to at least test the Valkyries, lol.

But anyways, the first time I saw the sample screenshots, they...resemble GS Rengou vs ZAFT. The gameplay, that is. This is a simulator, right? And they'll be covering the first 13 eps for the story...

Can't decide on getting this or not.

On one hand, its a Macross game and I really like playing those, especially flight-sim type ones. (VFX, 2, 30, the psp games)

On the other its Vita exlusive.

I am sincerely waiting for a day when they make a Macross game where I can manage a Macross-class, engage in upgrades, configure fighters, train pilots and crew all the while participating in battles.

Interesting, Hikaru mistakes Mikumo with Minmay. I wonder if that means Mikumo isn't an attempt to clone Minmay with some protoculture crafted creation mixed to create the ultimate singing weapon by Lady M.

Maybe it's just me but, I'm not convinced Lady M created Mikumo. I still think she just found her.

On the other hand, if she was indeed created, I don't think she's meant to be a weapon. I get the feeling Berger's think that way because he's biased, having a negative view on music and all.

It's kind of weird that she's mistaken for Minmay. I would have said the same thing but everyone in Macross universe seems obsessed with Minmay. Remember that Zentraedi guy whose entire purpose in Frontier was to use the Vajra to find her again.
