I was saying that as it clearly seemed like he was stalking her this episode. I could be wildly wrong but its the only connection he has to anyone "famous" that we have been shown, even if it is a loose connection.

I don't understand how we got to this development again... Even less understandable than that Rina kiss.
Touya refuses Haruka's offer to have sex... and then later, he kisses her and probably proceeds to having sex with her. Well, the sex thing isn't 100% certain, but he definitely kissed her.
Why...? He was mentally weakened/cornered before, so let's use that as a reason, but what is with this sudden change?

The rest of the episode... Well, it turns out Tamura tried using the pictures of Touya kissing Yayoi to threaten Misaki, but Menou (Me-chan, Tamura's... friend?) manages to make her own deal with him.

In the meantime... I think it is time we prepare for a funeral for Touya's dad... He's in a really bad condition...

I don't think it is her. The pregnancy thing sounds recent, but he acts as if they haven't met in a while.

He wanted Misaki to write an article about Touya for him, and showed the pictures as proof of Touya's cheating and as material for an article. Though Menou baited him and seems to have convinced him to switch his article subject to her though. (Well, I guess this isn't exactly "threatening" her? Whatever...)
The fat stalker had some photos too, but not being pure evil like Tamura and an idiot, simply gave his photos to Yayoi for money.

She returned back home. She visited Touya's dad, but he was... kind of... in a funny condition and saw little Yuki in her place and all.

...why he has to keep making his goddesses cry. It's like he has a compulsion of some kind. But I didn't hate it when he eventually embraced Haruka and walked with her into the cabin. Not perhaps the right thing to do, but she wanted him so much. Have to remember that they are actually both college students.

Did we see that mute girl is actually the voice of Menou, as well as the brains? Will Eiji take her up after Menou destroys her own career? Is that what Menou is doing?

Why did Misaki agree to write that thing? Supposedly just to protect Touya?

Things are getting so complicated that I am even more confused than usual. The past keeps being unwrapped like layers of an onion, every one of which could make you cry, if you understood it.

Unfortunately, I didn't see a credit for the bit of insert song. Highly effective job by Nakai Kazuya as the slimeball. Overdone but done right.

so going by the "used goods" line from tamaru he definitely banged her, so maybe she did get knocked up by him ( thou I don't want to believe it :/ ), as for touya I think at this point his is just trying to make all the girls happy, thou I don't see that ending too well for him. I really want to find out the story between touya and haruka, what was the dad trying to say? that he was first interested in haruka not yuki?

PS I hate the dang previews they don't show anything....

Spoiler for Analysis of 第22話:

Nice of Touya to 'make it up' to Haruka by kissing her/bedding her. I'd like to think that they'd be better than that, but having seen how he buckles in front of Yayoi, and seeing how he charms other girls, I am going to assume the worst case: the cabin bed had some action that evening.

Hope that's the last we really see of Haruka. She's been an accessory character from the start, and she needs to accept her fate as on the sidelines and let the main heroines take it up.

Same with Mana, she's been an interesting catalyst for numerous events throughout the series, but at this point, she's pretty much isolated and can't do anything other than initiate another Haruka event, which is definitely not needed.

Yuki and Touya still playing 'in denial' with each other... funny how the actual girlfriend has so completely lost touch with everything.

Yayoi seemed to clean up the scandal with the pictures pretty nicely, and it seems Menou has given the two douchbags a new fish to follow. Wonder if she's corrupting her image for the attention... and what's up with the interview she wants Misaki to do, and how are she, Misaki and Touya related to each other? It seems Menou knows, but Misaki doesn't.

With the new part about Tamaru accusing Misaki of 'stealing his money' the assumption is pretty clear here that the abortion business with his father is about her. The question now is the 'famous' girl whom Tamaru wants so much but his father is against... can it be Menou?

I expected Rina to not take Touya's sudden disappearance lightly, but it seems she tossed him for the full guilt trip. Now to see how he will 'make' it up to her.

Is he done with Yayoi yet? Because other than the action she gives him, there seems to be no meaning to their relationship anymore. Yayoi doesn't seem to worry about her supposed stalker anymore, she definitely doesn't need to worry about him sticking around Yuki now that he's Rina's manager and she's got her sights on taking him, and Yayoi herself doesn't look like she's interested in him for anything other than a good 5-minutes time.

Stop distracting the guy so he can get down to business worrying about his real drama already!

Why don't I follow the live streams, you ask? Simple...because watching the madness unfold on an HDTV uninterrupted is MUCH more satisfying.

Looks like Mana tied up things on her end rather quickly. Did she remember to pay that cab driver?

Eiji gets only one scene this time, but he totally steals it: "I made this a pop song, not some melancholy opera. Don't change the arrangements." Even the stern-faced Yayoi was amused

So Misaki was indeed the one who had the abortion upon Tamaru's father's request, and she feels responsible since Tamaru probably wanted to have the child. This explains why even when the ex-manager sold off the negatives to Yayoi, she still insisted on writing the article. Doesn't excuse Tamaru for being such an asshole to her though

MENOU YOU FUCKING RULE. Figures...the best 'goddess' of the lot is the one that Touya let slip away, even if unintentionally. She did a complete 180 from a moping drunkard who lounges around all day to a conniving con artist with a hidden agenda. I feel like getting the PS3 game just to see her route, she's that awesome. Maybe I'll even get to hear some of that luscious audio

Touya's dad is really losing it now. How do you mistake Mana for Yuki? They don't even have matching hairstyles

I love how direct Haruka is: "Let's do it." She's like a sassier Rei Ayanami. Touya definitely hit that, no question. French kiss, clothes on the floor, lights out...what else were they doing, playing ping pong?

Of course, karma comes back to bite Touya in the ass in the form of a very pissed-off Rina I was getting Sekai vibes just watching her, heck I almost expected Touya to pull out his cell and see the words 'DIE' on the screen, then I remembered this is 1985

Speaking of which, looks like Rina's story will end next week, and judging by that preview image, she's either going to discard Touya or start streaking in public

I know it's not certain that Touya and Haruka had sex, though we don't see shots of the house after the kiss for nothing. Going by my experience from watching all those cheesy love films over the years (especially ones from the 80s), that's a sign that they did it. Also it's like Freeter says, what else were they going to do after the kiss?

I do feel very sorry for Rina though, i mean that was one hell of a lonely face she had when Touya returned at the end. This is a show were you just want a happy end for a few certain characters, though everything is going to crash and burn, i just know it.

Touya's Father. It's painful to see the state he's in, and still i can't believe he's alive this far into the second season. He has to pass away soon.

Yet again this episode shows how it's my most enjoyable series of the season.

What do you mean Freeter how can Yuki's main love rival be defeated so soon.THe way I see it, Rina is being built up gradually for the last climax.She has appearances in both episodes, albeit just a little but meaningful. She couldn't even practice singing without Touya sitting behind.IMO she will probably tell Touya she loves him and that will trigger our Yuki into action.

Man, that was a much better ep than I excepted. Info on Misaki's background. Menou awesomeness. Haruka finally confessing her feelings and closing her part in the story(probably)And while Touya is cheating around again he slowly realises what the hell he is doing. I have a feeling he and Haruka did it. Rina's way of dealing with things is commentable. Not forgeting but also not bursting it out like crazy. She has an awesome self-control. Yuki remained emo and tried to continue her life like nothing has happened. And lastly...poor Touya's father. What kind of sadism is keeping him alive in the story and showing his breakdown while we're pretty sure he's dying?
