Yeah, but it doesn't really seem Osanajimi concept will be used if it is already going to be used for another character.

Anyhow, anyone feel Kamachi is really promoting Misaki a lot lately? Railgun, NT7, and anime. All Misaki.

Exactly (sonotoori de gozaimasu), the experiment had a page with every level 5 and specs of only the n°1 was of use to the experiment, that doesn't mean that they knew of it, they where merely just being reviewed.

I'm just making guess since Misaki is also related to Seria and Seria to Touma. And just so happens Seria knows about Sister Project too.

You could say that it's Seria's job to know about anything relevant happening in AC.

... Which makes me wonder, how much could she know about magic?

Of course, at first we thought Stiyl and Kanzaki were Index's only friends, but then we got Aureolus(Q_Q) and even Tsumichikado's words implies he also did care for her in the past, then we got a lot of nuns from Vol.18.... just how many friends she got? =_=;

Well, Birdway got a similar treatment, though not to this extent.

I figure there are two reasons. Misaki has always been a foil to Misaka, so I wonder if she's being set up as a serious romantic rival.

Another reason might be to bring Railgun more in line with Index. There was a little discrepancy with the Uiharu thing after all. Kamachi did a funny shoutout with Jeans Shop Owner and Saten, but with Touma finally meeting Saten, and now this, it seems like it's going more in earnest.

Really, and every clone has more screen time than her on the main series that even Worst rub it on her in NT 3.

That doujinshi was one of the most romantic doujinshi of Touma x Mikoto I ever read. Well, next to Nakajima Yuka and Takumi na Muchi's works that is. I like Okara's line of Index/Railgun doujinshi (except Kongou's doujinshi as I did not like the rape...). Can't wait for Okara's new Misaki doujinshi. XP

Do we have any info in Dolly's physical age? I can't tell if her body is supposed to look older like Worst or if it's just the artstyle/fashion/design.
