True, the paint job is crappy. it felt the same as the fake ones sold in divisoria.

Honestly I'd rather wait for a good quality figure of Othinus like the above one of Index and the 10th Anniversary Misaki one. This one looks like a bootleg/fake.

EDIT: Though maybe it isn't fake and it really is just a bad paint job:
