Watching a contiuation of this old series brings back memories. Although i admit it doesnt pack the punch with like the orginal. I still characters are funny and interesting except for Ken since he hasent changed AT ALL. Miyuki and Natsume are still on my list as one of favorite female duo's in anime along with the dirty pair of course.

Yea after watching all 3 episodes now its nice to see the old duo back in action, but I wouldn't shed a tear if ken got transfered to hokkaido or something.

The TLer ran into RL issues. Everyone and everything is ready, we even have the karaoke done. But the TLer doesnt have alot of time to out into it now. Ive been trying to find a way to get ahold of this chibi-vesta who seems to be doing a one-man group thing with NX to see if he'd like to group for it, but he leaves no form of contact info anywhere.

Myself, and the people ive put together for this series are still committed to it, but until we get the TL situation cleared up, we can't do anything.

If anyone knows someone willing to TL it, let me know.

ZOMG. Snakes on a planein a police station. Tentacle rape ... kind of.

YUA reminds me that not everything was bad in the 90s.

Too bad I still see a lot of artifacts and it's really LQ. Maybe the naked(?) translator could provide some ass-files? I mean, it's great if its compatible with iPods or bananaphones ... but I just want to watch it on my computer.

We currently have a TLer, and im working on editing/timing eps1-4. But since i have been stuck in the hospital the past few days, its going kind of slowly.

i can get some restricted internet access, but I cant touch IRC, or download stuff so no aegisub.

We WILL be putting out a release, hopefully shortly after the official lyrics come out this week.

Iam a fan of YUA. About this 3rd season its pretty neat so far, hope the stories get more deep as it goes.
Ah...and the NX encoding quality could be better <.<

man props to naked xlation for xlating the series , but ep 4 had horrible encoding, it kept freezing and getting all pixaleted..

prolly make the encoding better next time pls

Nope, ep5 has the same issues. We think it's because they're using H264-Base instead of just H264.

Yeah, we have ep1/2 BS-i raws. Our encoder is currently doing test runs with both the avi, and WS mkv releases. im having trouble keeping at it since im still feeling horrid, and due to obvious reasons, I had to come back to work feeling like this. But im gonna bust my ass to finish the timing on the first ep tonight. If I can get that done, i'll be sending it out for IQC and Karaoke/TS tonight/tomorrow. OP is out, so official lyrics are out too. We may have a HQ ep1 to save for a dvd burn sometime this weekend.

P.S.
I don't want to get anyone's hopes up. We're far from speedsubbers. We all have outside lives as with all fansubbers, and we're also more obsessed with quality, than with quantity. But now that everythign is organized and stuff, we're going to work toward getting the releases out at least a bit more timely now.

ep 5 was a good, sentimental episode, and zenime blog was a fraud, i was expecting fanservice.

ep 6 wasn't bad either, but not having watched the 1st 2 seasons, the thing about Aoi was quite a surprise..

but it wasn't disturbing at all.

Did anyone have probs with the ep 6 NX file? I had audio sync issues. It was a simple enough fix but not sure if it was the file or something messed up in the download.

Does anyone know how long has passed since the end of the second season and te beginning of Full Throttle?

and even did sometime in JDSF. IT seems that they had sometime back together before Miyuki left for her forensics training? SO maybe 2 years at most?

I used to love this series so much! Until I got my car... Let's just say M3s and a love of YUA (or traffic cops in general) do not mix. Tried to watch full throttle today, and got so pissed I had to stop after half the opening.
