Nice job, Gamera! I wanna start working on kits, too (they save a lot of money, looks like a nice hobby, and you can fine tune the result to exactly what you want). I think I'll start on those ~1/300 scale model cars first, though.

THEY MADE A LUCKY STAR SABER!?

Even though I'm a girl, I have a figure fetish. I love collecting ones of my favorite characters....(boys AND girls BUT I'D LIKE MORE BOYS!!)...they're all over my room so here's just a small sample hehe.

And I like to have fun with them too.

SUZUMIYA HARUHI MEETS LELOUCH BRITANNIA OH NOES

XD Konata's so much fun to play with. She's very posable and even came with an extra face and like three pairs of different hands!! I can't find them at the moment. She's the only figure I have that's completely posable, sadly. So I can't wait to get my two ball-jointed dolls and make them look like my two MOST favorite characters, Takuto and Mitsuki from Full Moon Wo Sagashite!
CAN'T WAIT.

Next figure purchase will be Kamio Misuzu. I can't believe I spent YEARS looking for her at conventions and online stores and here she ends up in the most OBVIOUS and easy to order place.....I'm so dumb.

She is a trading figure made by http://www.cmscorp.jp/ In my opinion, these ones look the most like her compared to the earlier ones. There are three versions of her-one with the paper, one sitting down and one um....holding up her skirt so you can see her buruma. My friend who has a total fetish for Rin asked me to get the "ecchi' one for him and I said, "NO WAY, DUDE, YOU WANT HER, YOU PICK HER UP YOURSELF!" XD
And he did. XD
I'd have been waaaaaay too embarrassed to do that. O_o

He's also a trading figure I think. His stand says S/PG*M....if that helps. I don't have his box.

I got both Rin and Lulu from a booth at Otakon named "Anime Sekai". These people are geniuses-what they do is take out each figure from its box, put them on display behind glass and sell them triple their original price. It can be expensive....but at least you get the one you want without spending over $50 or more on trading box after trading box! Anime Sekai's without a doubt my favorite dealer at cons for figures. They always have the latest thing, rare, high-quality, and good-looking figures. I think 70% of my collection is from them and my top favorites are DEFINITELY from them.....I bet they get sick of seeing my face every year....

I cannot say that I'm satisfied with the trading figures of CM Corp. They look okay but putting them together is murder (they fall apart easily) and their bases with the holding poles are just.....ugly

I bought the sitting Rin with the giant sign from that set. And also have three from MaxFactory's set

It's from BANDAI Code Geass R2 EX-Portraits

I bought Kallen and Suzaku from it

Thank you! Making scenes is very fun. I have a lot of great ideas for others....

The ugly bases I do agree with....but putting Rin together was simple and I don't get many problems with her. Maybe because she doesn't have lots of tiny parts?

Konata however has been driving me crazy because her left hand keeps popping out EVERY TIME I move her...it's very annoying.....

Thanks for the info. Now I know where he is from.
