I got Photoshop yesterday finally and the first thing I tried was vectoring. This is my second attempt at it; I know there's a few things out of place but right now it feels like I was bludgeoned repeatedly with an iron hammer and I cannot continue to fix every minor detail, though I'll probably go over it again later.

It took longer than I had anticipated, but I learned something at least!

But tell me, did you made the outlines manually? I sorta get that impression when I look at some parts of her dress and hair.

Yep, I made them manually. I don't know anything about image editing unfortunately. :C

Edit: I notice a lot of the edges are pretty bumpy and stuff; I think it was because I was hastily going over some parts and didn't bother to look over them after. My bad.

If you made them manually then your work has an added value, simply because it's harder to do things on your own than relying on a tool.

Then again, if you are interested in traces and vectors, you can always use the Pen Tool to do them.

Ah yea, I used the pen tool for the entire thing, imcluding the outlines by manually tracing at the edges. The one thing going through my mind the whole time was "is there no end to this?".
