Good to know I'm not the only one who thought Nagato Yuki-chan was garbage. Pretty bad writing when even the characters who aren't supposed to be out of character are still somehow out of character.

Exchange Students in the Melancholy

What do you think would happen if an american exchange student started to go to Haruhi's school.
Would she go gaga for him (or her) and try to get them to join the SOS Brigade or would something else happen?

Would she consider a foreigner too boring?

Speaking as an American, we generally are pretty boring, and popular culture usually reflects that. Just being American would be too normal on its own. He (or she) would definitely have to have something interesting about them (but not obviously so).

Wait, that hadn't been released yet? Its been 8 years since that came out. I know I saw it in a theater in San Francisco.

It's the Funimation license-rescue release. Bandai released the movie previously (which I own).

Having reached "the end" of the Manga of both Haruhi and Nagato, I feel an emptiness within me

I doubt we'll even be getting a sequel to Nagato's spin-off. I kind of want to see Sasaki/Satsuki animated.

I dunno how that one looked, but this one looked pretty fantastic. I didn't notice any banding or anything...

I didn't think Endless Eight would still be a thing. Kudos to anyone brave (or insane) enough to watch all 88 hours of that.

Great! I didn't think we'd get a collab with this series.
