Wrong. Japan has their very own bank system, with specific Mastercard and Visa there. The only true westerner card that work there is the american express, assuming the website/shop accepts it.

That said, you can bypass this by registering your credit card on the english version of DMM website, then buy the DMM points from the JP website.

Been cruising through world 3 and world 4, and so far I am not getting the same difficulty as 2-4.

Guess it's time for leveling my lovely DD. Man, this will takes lots of time babysitting them until lvl 50++.

Can never get the proxy connection to work (maybe because my internet is only for my computer? I can probably hook it up on a router and give it a shot then). But this is definitely getting a huge popularity boost ever since the anime was announced.

The chance of getting accepted is getting higher by each opening of server.
Last time they open a 20k quota server and many of my friend get in with ease.
I dunno how much quota will they allocate tomorrow.

20k still doesn't sound like a lot, especially when you consider how people are getting boxed out of the 8k Lottery draws. ^^;

Anyway, does anyone have a low-level recipe for Red planes? I keep on getting greens for my item making.

EDIT: Managed to get Maya and Choukai, as well as Shouhou during construction. This leaves out Atago out of Takao's sisters. Slowly leveling Shimakaze as well.

When 20k slot goes out, that is the only event where my friend doesnt need to sit out at lottery for 30 minutes. They got it after 10 minute.

Thanks for the recipe, I'll try it when I get development materials again. Still need Sendai though to maximize resource gathering, so I'm grinding the spots that have Light Cruiser drops that won't kick the arses of my girls (which means worlds 1-2 and 1-3).

And a teaser has been revealed about a silver-hair kanmusu.
Many speculate that it will be Musashi, 2nd ship of Yamato-class battleship.

Rumblings seem to be that it is indeed Musashi, but it's kind of moot as it's likely that she's a world 5 Drop, like the new Light Cruisers. This means she's out of reach for starter Admirals.

If she share a ridiculous drop rate like Nagato, I think I would rather have a 999/999/999/999 recipe than 5-6 digits ressources wasted after many failures...

I wonder what the rate for Nagato is. I have gotten 2 Mutsu so far, but still havn't gotten any Nagato. Different drop rate for the same class?

Then again I still havn't come across Kongou - even though I must have gotten 2-3 of the ships in the same line.

I dunno, aren't Superbattleships really steep with regards to resource costs? Might not be worth it until you're around the 50s...

Finally ran out of Development materials. Good thing I got Houshou with the last one, but man, this means that outside of quests I'm going to have to really consider advancing through the rest of World 2. Ack.

Yamato, OTOH, is a ludicrous prospect, as she is thrice more expensive in resource for both resupply and repair. I don't think Musashi will be an exception.

Any level guidelines for world 2? I know that 2-4 needs something like level 30, or level 25s with a whole heaping of RNG luck, but what are the averages for the others? Thanks to the advice in the thread, I've found that 2-1 could be used for level grinding flagships lower than 10, but still requires the escorts to be 11 and above. How about the boss node? 20?

Also that Radar from Isuzu Kai really DOES make a difference during carrier plane interception. Hmm, need more level 12 Isuzus, yes...

Once upon a time I got furious with 2-4, and decide to spam that map with Nagato and 2 others BBs. I then realized my ammunition storage is in worse state than my Bauxite after awhile (read: nearly zero).

However I found the one that's responsible for my lack of steel are those CV. Akagi and Kaga, for example, have a tendency to get crit whenever they can, and took out around 150 - 200 steels for each repairing attempt. I already modernize them to highest armor possible but seems like it doesn't help.
