I"m gonna rate two sigs only, as they were the only ones that interested me:
Karma> 10/10, because it looks so simple yet it works perfectly for a sig.
Sil Eighty> 9/10, I would have given it a 10/10 if it wasn't for that too much brightness on the lower-right corner, none-the-less it looks great.

Anyway to stay on topic:

Thany - 8.5/10
Slade - 8/10

[Muir Woods]

Thany - 80% - Cute as usual. I like the flanel-like design. Background a bit empty to the right.
aFlipGuy - 75% - The background images are a bit jumbled. Interesting borders though.
Caliban - 65% - A bit bland, but direct.
Kyoji - 82% - High quality image, sharp and crisp.
Saku~ya - 78% - Cool image, but a bit low quality.
OMchan - 88% - Wow, flashy, and high quality. Extra points for being self made.
Zero Percent - 76% - I must've seen that scan about 10 times already. It is a very commonly used scan, for avatars, signatures, wallpapers...etc. Oh, your avatar's the same as GreenTze's as well.

I don't think mine's that good...It's lacking a good BG, that was the best I can do to CG it. But oh well.

Muir Woods I like it. It does seem to be missing something and is a bit blurry from it being a GIF. Maybe add some drop shadows to it? *shrug* 8/10

Clean whiteness Could try and make the font for your name a bit smoother
in the botom right hand corner.

I love it, whats to say. You managed to have a lot
going on, yet colors that mix and blend well, but still allow the image
to be the main focus point. The font is a great choice [what font is that >.<?]
Text is neatly arranged so its noticable, and still not interferring with the image itself.

Zero Percent:
Once again, another great signature. Clean and white, with a nice mix
of artwork placed on the side. But with this one as well, the font could be a little
smoother. Otherwise, I like it.
8.9/10

Slade:
Not fond of those colors. I don;t find them to go well with each other at all.
Nice placement of the picture though, and the text was a good coice.
8.4/10

Muri Woods:
More whiteness!! More use of great artwork!! and still, font could be smoother ^^"
I like the mirrior effect you did with the text, original and worth a few mark ups

SiL Eighty:
Great quality picture, love how you made the border HAVE a border, with the whole orange
on the outside. Unique, more markups! 9.1/10

ChibiDusk - this has to be the least favorite out of all your sigs, 6.5/10.
