Reading the TL, I like the scifi setting, medieval isekai saturated the market.

The snusnu is too forced, I like when the MC isn't a damn herbivore but is pushed too much, still, better than the alternative of them never doing anything and being on the tips of their toes, the author should have took more time for that in my opinion.
The plot is easy to guess, saving Mimi and he could have helped the elf and avoided the fall with a simple message of holding back in battle.
My guess for what is coming is that the officer will investigate the corruption and we will discover that guy that wanted to punish mercenaries for helping in the pirate raid was actually responsible for the plant accident (from stealing money for safety porecedures or something similar) and making the fault go to Mimi parents because he knew that a child without connection would be unable to do anything and he would get away scot-free.
Similar case for the elf, he was close to the pirates and decided to punish every mercenary for killing his business partners, the thing about putting them in jail for every mistake in the blitz was probably so that somer mercs would refuse the job.
Is clear that the author wants to put the officer girl in the MC ship, so the corrupt guy will 1 create fake proofs and she will have to run away and will do that from hiding in Hiiro ship or 2 he will get cornered and sabotage the colony, faking his own death, destroying records and escaping with treasures, and the girl will jump on MC ship to safety.

Yeah, I've seen the raw around the other day and that made me discover the TL novel, needed a different kind of isekai.
I don't really like how he was just thrown into the game universe with his stuff and no explanation, it happens a lot sure, but the other times there is a magical cicle or God whim.
I would have been fine with him appearing in the middle of a space war, abandoned ruin, 3D printer or even a abnormal black hole, as it is is more that someone right clicked on MC and dropped him in game with a random location in.
I know is like many other isekai are done, but "magic" work sbetter than "it just happened".

I started reading this a few weeks ago. I agree with others that while it's nice to have sci-fi for a change, it's very much on easy mode so there's no real tension (so far)
