Spoiler for plot:

Biker guys taking over Dollars turf.
Poor Shizuo got framed good.
Looks like Masaomi was right to stay away from Dollars.
Even Shinra got dragged into Shizuo's mess.
Celty's narration parts in Mikado's scenes were kinda nice.
Mikado kinda became the big boss...
Cetly was pretty cool with her rescue operation ^^

Shizuo being falsely accused will be clear soon. It is clear that Izaya framed Shizuo so that he would not get involved the gang war, but Shizuo is the type of person that would not get involved, or at least that is what I think.

It look like Mikado is a bad situation now that they call him boss in from of the other gang.
Nice to see Celty helping Akane.

Mikdao is caught in a real tough situation. Aoba just made him a group of enemies that seem like they will no doubt be persistent. A misunderstanding got rid of them for now but Mikado is still in hot water.

On the plus side Celty has found Akane and is currently protecting her along with Mikado and Anri. Too bad Vorona is still after them.

-Animation is fully back to normal standards with this episode.

-Yeah looks like Kida's account was hacked by Izaya. He's pretty good at imitating people's behavior and writing-style. Should expected from someone seeks unravel the true nature of others. Aoba seems to caught on that Mikado's hesitation at this point is related him and resorting to using Anri as silent threat towards him. Most interesting thing here though is that he suspects he and Izaya are after the same goal. So does Izaya want Mikado change the Dollars in some way, by having him act beyond just a overseeing observer?

-Awakusu-kai has now not only linked the killings to Shizuo, but Akane's kidnapping as well. It's not looking too good for him right now. But one bright spot here however that Shiki being the sharp man he is knows not a whole is adding up even for someone as berserker like as Shizuo. The fact that Shizuo also ran from Awakusu-kai rather than hotheaded battled them like they expected is paying in his favor. Even Izaya surprised (disappointed) at that.

-The Russian duo have now realized that their targets are all linked together and things are getting really strange because of it. Even Mikado is their sights now. The previously unrelated events are now becoming related and even the Yakuza's problems are being thrown into Dollars-Toramaru conflict. Things are really getting worse and worse by the minute. A fine mess indeed.

Suicide girl from season one shows up. She thinks Anri and Akene are sisters. Easy to mistake given their looks. Oh she is with Chikage's groupies while not a groupie herself.

Izaya? He is taking a train somewhere. Bastard does not want to be caught and killed with all the shit he has done. He pretty much hacxked Kida's account to manipulate Mikado. Aoba intends to make Mikado a patsy for him, as the Blue Squares leader. hich is wh he is annoyed with Izaya.

Toramaru are idiots picking a fight with everyone even the Yakuza. They'll probably end up in a river somewhere with cement shoes if they keep doing this.

Yeah, I also think that Mikado might really hurt badly. In sense of physical and emotional. His precious Dollars are being tainted by those bad guys and everyone is getting hurt. Mikado is a good and kind person, but I wonder what will happen to him if he will be drove into a corner. I hope he will not be a bad guy. Though, a plot twist like that is really an OK for me.

Damn that hyena, putting ideas to Mikado-kun! Masaomi seems also worried. Just you watch, Shizuo will not the only one who will sew you. Masaomi will also definitely do that! Buwahahah!
