Can't believe I am saying this but U2 has proper and best send-off and it was clear as day that Beerus was extremely sad of Champa's erasure. Vegeta is also didn't take the U6 erasure well too.

and yes, the epic genki-dama theme was back in this episode.

"Say something"...Beerus

Champa you little...

Hittostill looking chill as fuck with his hand in pocket even while getting erased.

Damn this was handled perfectly. The music and everything.

Couldn't care less about U2.

It was a bit light on interactions with U6-U7 at the end and reactions to their erasure too. I anticipated that there would be more after all the intense battles they had.
I think the storywriters screwed up here, leaving too few time left for the final, important scenes.
If the characters themselves don't care, than the audience doesn't as well.

quite the time jump iirc with only 13 minutes left of the tournament. Hope it ends soon, the interesting, built up opponents are all out. Now it's starting from scratch to introduce U4 warriors. Not all that interested.

One thing aside from champa's goodbye was Goku confirming guts > love. (Caulifla > Chichi )

Kinda difficult to admit that you prefer love over guts when the other sides are 3 creepy muscular dudes in dresses and they keep talking about love. But aside from that, I do admire how the entire U2 accepted their fate.

So next episode will focus on Universe 4. Still, how many guys from Universe 11 are still present? I think Toppo was fighting Vegeta some episodes ago but it was short.

By the way, everybody within the cast must be hating the Zenoh duo

For those who are interested...

This is the track that played during erasure of Universe 2 and Universe 6.

I think I laughed a little harder than I wanted to when Vados quickly scooched over next to Whis as U6 was about to get erased. Setting that aside though, this episode made me tear up a bit. Say what you will about how annoying U2 was, but I was sad to see them go. I loved Heles. And U2 seems like such a fun place to live. Plus the way their people handled getting wiped from existence moments before it happened really got to me.

Even the namekians of U6 had me feeling for them. Those two were literally entrusted with a massive number of Namekian lives for the sake of their universe. That's pretty deep.

Good riddance Universe 2, you bunch of ugly hypocrites.

"This is for the love of a maiden's heart" and "this is so a maiden won't cry" does not remotely justify being a selfish backstabbing hypocrite who steps over and dosen't care for the welfare, hopes and dreams of others just to achieve one's selfish schoolgirl fantasies. Universe 2 is the embodiment of the hypocrisy of butch man-beaters like Sarah Connor and Xena who only become feminine when they need tears to dodge the adult obilation of ethics, morality, empathy and taking responsibility for one's actions.

Thank you, Goku 17 and 18 for wiping the smear of their schoolgirl selfishness off the face of existence. Good riddance Universe 2. :

I didn't expect the guys from U2 to turn into magical girls. They even ended up stronger than Ribrianne's party.

The fight between Gohan/Piccolo and the Namekian duo was great. It felt good that Gohan was actually the one who protected Piccolo from a ki blast for once. Loved Nail and Kami's cameo. It's a bit of a shame that the two Namekians were the result of countless fusions, since it means U6 Namekians are individually as weak as U7 ones. I guess the natural disaster that almost that wiped their race in U7 also happened in U6. I was hoping the old, stronger Namekian clan Piccolo was a part of was still around in that Universe and that they could teach him some stuff.

U2 and U6 each got a proper send off. Champa remained Champa until the end, and you could feel Beerus' sadness. A bit disappointed Vados turned out not to give a crap. I thought there was a heart beaten underneath that sarcastic exterior. Now that she's next to Whis, I guess we're about to get some golden commentaries.

I really can't see what Sarah Connor or Xena have to do with that? Xena's backstory was outright that she used to be a villain, and was only gradually switching to the good side, and well, she never was the kindest type. She was brash and violent all the time, she was basically a female Vegeta, and certainly much closer to Caulifla than Ribrianne if we have to talk about people in this tournament.

Sorry, both these "women" are my personal analogies of choice for the violent "women" I've met (and am unfortunately related to) who have a delightful tendency to suddenly turn "feminine" when it is convenient to them, or when they need to avoid taking responsibility for their actions after they've pushed people too far.

So.. in other words, you are trying to tie a fictional characters, who doesn't even have the traits you claim they have, to your real life just because you feel like it?

Notice how when Son Goku exhausted to the point of bardlybeing able to even stand, much less fight, Universe 2’s Goddess Of Destrucion euphemistically referee to “gannging up on a helpless man and throwing off him off the arena” as “lovingly take this man to rest”
Not to mention “it no longer matters if you no longer look elegant l: just win alright You three!”
Will list more after I rewatch the disgusting episode that feature U2

There are times one sees a scene in a story and, somehow, can relate such situation to something he/she experienced in his/her life. Sounds crazy, but happens.

I was talking about Sarah Connor and Xena. Now, I admit, I don't remember Xena all too well, so I'll let someone else to discuss it, but not only Sarah Connor have absolutely nothing in common with U2 fighters, I also don't remember any scene in T2 (because I assume that's what you're talking about), where she used her "femine side" to dodge the responsibility of her actions.

I'm going to miss Universe 6....

They were my favorite Universe with characters like Hit, Caulifla, and Cabba on the team. I wish they saved Hit for their last. He is technically their ace so it should of came down to him going down last rather than the Nameks.

Champa did exactly as I had expected him to the end lol

When Universe 7 wins, they will likely use the Super Dragon Balls to wish the universe or at least its people back into existence. Heck Goku would see it as a waste and wish all those universes back though perhaps as 1 combined universe so as not to cause Zenos to erase them again. I think Champa realized that which is why he didn't say anything and instead acted as his normal self. It allows him to keep his pride and remain himself even though he knows U7 will wish them back if they win.

She did. She did bow her head down as a sign of goodbye to Champa when he was disappeared.
