Hm, let's see... I had started watching Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, and was curious to find a forum or message board that discussed it, so I plugged it into a search engine and found the site that way. I lurked for about a year in the Nanoha section of the forum before I finally decided to register.

I used to get torrents off AS (like in 2003 or something lol), and I found out they had a forum. Lurked a handful of times. Fast forward several years and I started watching anime again and signed up...

I was looking up fanfiction for Valkyria Chronicles (a game/anime series, for those of you who don't know). I wanted to see some things outside of the traditional Fanfiction.net, and a forum depicting a fanfiction discussion was the second highest result. I was interested in the talks that were in it, but when I actually looked around, I found myself very interested in the site. However, given the fact that I only watched one anime at that time (VC) I didn't explore too much and was simply a lurker for a several months. Then, much much later, when my list of watched animes grew, I decided to finally to become a member and contribute to the site. And here I am now...

Hmmm. I found this forum while browsing for Shakugan no Shana Light Novels, after finding its novel thread, I read the entire thing. Then became interested in all the chatting that goes on here and joined

It's been so many years, I honestly don't remember why or how I found it to be honest with you. It wasn't the first forum I ever joined either. I've been around the internet since 1997...

Think I found the main site first, though every search for info/discussions on certain anime or manga seemed to link back to here

I came across this place when i was looking for bleach forums. In fact I thought the Bleach area was the main site at first

then i basically lurked here for a couple of months before i finally decided to join up.

Found this place a year ago because I was looking for a good place to discuss the Umineko no Naku Koro ni anime, joined because it was the only decent-looking forum for that.

I stick around mostly for the One Piece discussion and the Game forum now, but I post elsewhere sometimes if I have anything worthwhile to say.

I just knew about it. Not sure if I was linked from another forum or something. I used to frequent Gundam sites and forums (around when GSD aired), even was an admin in one and then had my own fairly popular one for a time. I may have been linked to here from there.

I actually remember coming here and leaving because it was so active. I was surprised that I had to register last year since I could have sworn I registered, you know.

It's like Hongfire, where it's common knowledge for me.

I can't remember how I found this forum honestly. 7 years is a long time to remember somethign of that sort. I probably just discovered it through a link or something and liked what I saw, thus I joined up.
