Saw this too late. Was kinda hyped to do a rerun from scratch, but apparently I never bought the Hearthfire DLC when I own all the others. I'm 100% certain I played that DLC to build my house...unless I had a modded or downloaded version of it. It was in 2012, when I was a poor college student haha. Well, hopefully there will be a massive discount come the winter steam sale because I am no way dropping $40 for an updated copy. Anyhow, I am re-downloading the base game. I'll start up and see if I have interest in playing again with some mods.
