The kanji are "bewitching" and "dream." I would say "enchanting being." Akihito's father had the unique power to have invulnerability, which Akihito has to an extent (from what I've read (not much)).

Wow. I had to slap myself a little. This seems too good to be true. I was just complaining to a friend the other day that they weren't going to make an anime out of this... Glad to be proven wrong. I still want more Haruhi, but this I will gladly take in exchange for now. Finally out of their comfort zone a bit.

dont think so, especially this seems to be action series, and after scouring other forum the story seems to be solid and good they say, and since there is only 2 volume it will be only 13 episode so there will be some added content

Doubt it, but Nisio has def inspired a lot of "wannabees" in the light novel field, heck the Denpa Onna LN writer is pretty much one.

Although I agree that moeblob has been keeping KyoAni doing their best, I think it's not your place to hate KyoAni just because they do "moe" shows

Back to the topic, it will be interesting to see KyoAni doing a concept that is different from the anime they usually do

He has the right to complain. It is also not your place to stop people from complaining and voicing out their opinions. Also hating and complaining are two different things.

Anyway I'll wait more details about this thing. Hopefully kyoani delivers because that premise is too generic for me.
