Ebina is also an extremely self consciousness girl and even casual glances will cause her to become very nervous and start wondering what's going on.

And yea, age 16 in Japan is the "ripe age". Don't you notice how most manga and anime always uses Girls at age 16? And there was a video few years back of some girl with huge boob and placed a hidden camera on her. It showed that 90% of all men she come across with always look toward her boob before anything else. Men are by nature are Perverts, you can't do anything about it, it's like breathing ;P I bet even Onii-chan noticed Ebina's Boobs, but just have some self-control not to look directly at it for long periods of time, LOL. Ep 03
Yessiree and Bob's yer uncle ... they are doing a good job with the anime adaptation here, and am enjoying it quite a bit. Seems we have been blessed to see quite a few faithful AND well done adaptations this season - more so than usual for me. This one is definitely a humorous and light hearted one, but even with that we get little glimpses into the characters and feel like we are given little glimpses into who they are ... teeny slivers of light. At least it seems like that for me. I am enjoying it. At first part of me was feeling badly for Motoba, but then poor Umaru and finally poor Ebina (aka "Watermelon head") suddenly finds herself in the crossfire of the glacier princess and the summer sun princess - even though she was the one who was pretty sensitive and perceptive about Motoba to begin with.

I can't wait for next week Sylphin is my absolute favorite girl in this series. Kirie-chan got used to Onii-chan really quickly or perhaps it was because they didn't talk directly that it seemed that way.

Episode 3:
I'm going to guess that Kirie failed to realize the chibi was the real Umaru because she forms of her own delusions of people at times; like the way she pictured Ebina with a watermelon on her head. Anyways funny episode. The ghost filler thing at the end got me laughing

After the first glance you can turn your eyes elsewhere, but the people in that episode kept their eyes on her chest constantly. That goes from simple male reaction into full-on creep territory.

its Ghost Madoka time!!!

Kirie's relationship with Umaru in both forms will spawn slash fics starting from ep 3 now..........
either this series makes fun of The Ring franchise that according to them the movie isn't that scary, complete with scenes of the ghosts with toy fans mounted on their heads & starts dancing, i totally lost it when onii-chan just casually dodge a scared Umaru for her Nekocolumbus laundry that got wet from the rain that also frightened her in the first place.

Geez, Kirie's delusions nearly reach Tomoko levels there. I didn't think she was THAT bad in the manga, though it's been a while since I've read the early chapters.
Fun episode though. The adaptation's awesome.

Now on episode 3.
Liking this anime so much. Glad that my friend Kristine introduced this anime to me. Oh, and my favorite episode so far is the one where they are trying to get the Necolumbus pillow. Onii-chan had to pay for one, because he didn't give the pillow to his Umaru. xD

CR says it will be in three days...perhaps this week it has been delayed as an exception? Even so this is still the day CR sets aside for it to normally air. Prolly just an out of the ordinary thing for the moment.
