Not that I know of. In Hanamonogatari Suruga actually complains that Araragi's messages were mostly dirty jokes, although she admits she was partly to blame for that. She does have lot of respect and admiration for him, but that's all.

I'm just wondering if it was really revealed in the light novel that she is in love with Koyomi or something, cuz as far as I know only Hitagi, Hanekawa, and Nadeko does (Hachikuji is more like friends with the guy)

There are at least two other characters already appeared in the anime one could count in, if you know the following light novels. As for Hachikuji, she is more like "she wouldn't mind, but Araragi thinks that current regulations don't allow such kind of story"

I see, I thought so. So who are the other two characters that appeared in the anime that would count? It could possibly be Shinobu, since I know from reading around that she does care for him, but who's the other one? Dont tell me one of his sisters? As far as I know both already have boyfriends right? Or was that pretend?

In any case, I'm really concerned in the ending of the series, especially after what Hitagi said to Nadeko to wait after their graduation or something, to me it felt like she was gonna let go of Koyomi or something, just imo. I really hope not though, she is still the most interesting and fun to watch when paired with Koyomi. Kanbaru is only second, and I dont know why, but I dont find the other girls (with legal romantic interest, so Hachikuji is an exception lol) to be as fun when paired with the guy.

Actually if I recall in Hana when Numachi asked her what kind of guy she would have liked, she answered "a short guy who is also sweet." <---Araragi
Also when Araragi carried her in his arms she blushed.

Personally I also wouldn't go as far as saying she likes him that way but he is definitely a important guy to her.

Now she turn into crazy snake god now want to kill the person she loved, what a twisted love.

What with these girls killing the person you love, because the person doesn't love you back or in love with somebody else, it the demon cat all over again.

With the demon cat she only wanted to lure Shinobu into coming out. But in timeline X that's not the case I think so I don't know. However, Nadeko's killing intent is probably stronger.

Black Hanekawa is rather clever.

Nadekos just obsessed and crazy now. Shinobu accepts that Hitagi and Koyomi are together and love each other (though i'm not sure what she thinks of Hitagi), and i think Hanekawa does though Black Hanekawa's speech confused me.

Ok, I finally read both Nekos, Kabuki, Hana, and Otori over the last couple of weeks and have to say that my opinion of Nadeko hasn't changed a bit. It's still nice to see that Tsukihi shares my disdain for Nadeko referring to herself in the third person.

Also loved the telephone conversation between Nadeko and Hitagi near the end.

"If we had met under different circumstances, we might have become friends."

"No, we would not have. Sorry Sengoku-san, but I hate cute brats like you even more than I hate my old self."

That's the thing, she doesn't really seem to be in love with Koyomi. She started "liking" him because she liked Tsukihi and he was his brother. She nurtured her "love" for six years even though they didn't see each other. Koyomi was just an excuse she could use to not pursue relationships. As long as she had an unattainable love she could go on deluding herself. Well Hitagi changed things so she decided that nothing could be more unattainable than a dead guy.

Black Hanekawa is clever because she has access to all of Hanekawa's knowledge and memories. And on the topic of Hanekawa's intelligence, her encounter with Gaen Izuko was pretty interesting. The girl who claimed to not know everything meeting woman who claimed to know everything. I can see how Oshino found her difficult to deal with.

Nope, just found it kinda hard to get into Neko Kuro when it came out so waited until now to read the new novels.

But back on topic. Holy shit, and I thought Nadeko was hard to stand when seen from Koyomi's POV. Reading from her POV was a million times worse...What kind of person actually thinks of themselves in the 3rd person!? I get the reasoning for why she does it, but holy hell is it annoying.

I find it particular that you found her annoying during this whole entire time while I found her cute and scary to just plain scary.

I'm glad Nadeko followed Hitagi's advice, we wouldn't want another breakdown from Shinobu. Nadeko would be a horrible jiagshi. And i think it'd be worse this time, since in one timeline Black Hanekawa was trying to help. In a really unusual way. I wonder if BH did it for Tsubasa, Shinobu or a combination of both? I'd like a book in BH's POV.

We do......sort of.....Shiro was in Hanekawa and Black Hanekawa's POV. Also Black Hanekawa is different every time she appears. Version 1 was Hanekawa consciously using Black Hanekawa's powers. Version 2 is half-half..sort of and Version 3 is a completely separate mind.....sort of.

What are the obediance rules for vampires again? Besides the head patting?

Hmm...if I remember correctly breast fondling was one of them too. The relationship Araragi and Shinobu has is different because she gave him freedom while usually they are just mindless drones I believe like the jiangshis.

You're still at it with your dislike of Hitagi I see. He gets in trouble because the other girls are just crazy.

As for them tag-teaming, there aren't that many opponents that can pose any problems to Shinobu even in her fallen state so there's really no need for them to both fight at the same time.

I actually enjoyed when she told off that asshole of a teacher with he oresamas and aan?s. It was so much more satisfying than her usual Nadekos and gomenasais. And she was already a batshit insane stalker for 6 years.

They aren't mindless, they just can't disobey their master I think. They'd be kinda useless if they were. We saw the dynamic when Koyomi inadvertently forced Shinobu to kneel when she went wild for Mr. Donuts in Kuro.

Koyomi brought 10 donuts for Oshino when he went to feed Shinobu, but Oshino wasn't around. Shinobu preferred the donuts to Koyomi's blood so he gave her a couple. Of course a couple wasn't enough so she rushed him for the rest which surprised him into shouting for her to sit. Well his command stuck and she was forced to sit basically in mid-jump . That's when Oshino came in and told him that he shouldn't be mean to her. So the master's commands are absolute when they give actual commands.
