I think this confirms one of my favorite stand battles from part 3.

You couldn't tell the first two were CG? I definitely could.

I think the new opening is fantastic, but I still like the 2nd a little more.

I really liked this episode. I never finished Part 3 in the manga so I don't know much about it. Jotaro is no Joseph but the interactions so far are funny considering how he reacts to everything. The animation and fight scenes were good but I don't get well what generated the Stands well. Was it Dio by possessing Jonathan's body? Like a mix of powers?

Oh, how fast new enemies appear.
Dio did his explanation thing.
It was useful to hear all that.
Noriaki was an interesting opponent.
Jojo's stand is totally cool. I like him ^^

In general, it was a good episode, but I was disappointed with the OP. It wasn't bad, but.......
And I really, REALLY hope they don't spend two minutes every episode capping on what happened last time.

(PS: Jojo talking about what evil is and all, but I guess people shouldn't mention that all of his delinquent acts kind of........... fits in to his description)

Is there any particular reason Star Platinum was colored yellow in this episode?

I'm kind of wondering how Kakyoin managed to create that giant gash in Jotaro's leg now, cause Heirophant Green doesn't really have any power like that among it's established repertoire, unless I'm just being forgetful.

But yeah, the whole nurse office scene was very reminiscent of when ACDC's brain possessed Suzie Q in Part 2.

Part 4 explains how Stands are gotten.
Basically Dio gets a Stand, and the entire Joestar bloodline awakens stands as a result of Dio using Jonathan's body.

Compared to the first two OPs this one IS bad. I think I'd be okay with it if it was just the instrumental though, so I think the singer is the worst part. There's zero energy or excitement in his voice.

Awesome episode, loved the intro it's the manliest one this anime season. So why do I feel that this Jojo is going to end up having his own harem? Which I'm totally fine with by the way.

At the start of the battle, both stands are in their standard color. Now watch when their colors are changed.

Yeah, the CG they use in the openings seems to have actually gotten worse compared to the last two openings. They screwed up their texture work somehow.
At least the actual show has a noticeably higher budget, so it's hard to complain.

Cool episode, the new op sounds like a mix of the first two op, though it cant beat the first.
Yeah this girls sure are annoying, in the manga the profile of Jotaro even says he likes women who talk less.
I noticed the fanservice sure is more apparent than in the manga, but at least we have more awesome sounds effects.
BTW, was that really the ending ?

Well, it was like this for the 2nd opening, but I guess it just didn't to some people's tastes this time. With CG it's more of a hit and miss situation, and I guess they kind of dropped the ball here. Aside from it being CG, I enjoyed everything else about the opening, the rest of the episode pretty much makes up for it
