Well, normally when I want to get Japan-only stuff, I go to Abidko. Just be aware that there's a middleman fee for it.

Cheers.

I have been using proxy shopping and middlemanning agencies for years, but which one is the cheapest? I used JAA most of the time, but the costs are damn high.

Is it true that Church's Chicken is an Islamic company? How ironic since it had "church" in its name. If its true then they should rename their company as "Mosque's Chicken" or something like that.

Angry Birds Rio is licensed from the CGI family film Rio. The stages and graphics are different to reflect the licensed property.

Also shouldn't this be a question to ask at Rovio's forums? Or at least an Android forum... lol

I'll start eating more mushrooms, and snack on shiny stars when they pass me by.

So, the wine they use for Holy Communion at Catholic churches...it tastes good. Does anybody know of a wine I can buy that tastes just like it/very much like it?

Is there a way to efficiently search for quality artwork on pixiv?

The way I'm doing it now is by finding one good piece or artist and then browse through his artwork in hope of finding the fan art of the stuff that I'm looking for, bookmarking it and then looking at the suggested artwork that is displayed afterwards. This is a pretty good method but only when I feel like looking at random good art rather than looking for something specific. I've also noticed that sometimes a tag with something like 'with1000users' and the name of the anime/character/etc. comes up on an artwork with a lot of bookmarks; replacing the prefix with the search word of my choice sometimes works but not always. Oh and btw, regular search just gives you too many results and I don't feel like sifting through kids' drawings in hope of stumbling across something good. There doesn't seem to be a way to sort by bookmarks in descending order, at least not that I know of.

Its been so long I can't remember... but I imagine Mogen-David's classic concord wine, kosher for Passover is probably what they use.

Folks, please don't ask just for the heck of asking. Any more pointless questions will be deleted.

In English, if you end a sentence with an initial, do you still put an extra dot for the period?

^ I never thought about that, wouldn't it be redundant?

I suppose it would.

Technically it wouldn’t. However I find the whole putting of periods after letters redundant especially for abbreviations that are meant to be read as words.

Don't think that happens all that often—if ever. Also in birtish english usually you don’t place periods after the letters, if I’m not mistaken. So it’s just something like: “fox123O is a GIRL.”
