Loved the new ED, although it made me feel like I was watching some alternate history of Naruto or something. Are the images hints of things to come or what? I'm confused. Everybody looks older, and Naruto's outfit is pretty cool...good stuff.

EDIT: maybe I'm a bit slow- most people seem to think this is just random artwork. It just strikes me as too cool to be throwaway, but oh well...

As for the ep, it was slower than I was hoping for, but I should have guessed that there would be a little more set-up for three (or 6, depending on how you count it) different battles. The music continues to impress, though.

I thought it was brilliant. The idea would be pretty interesting to see an alternate world with the characters as a short OVA series or movie, but that's not going to happen I guess unfortunetly.

(You wouldn't need anymore than 6 really well animated episodes, with a short story involving them all)

I gave it a one becuase I am just pissssssssed off,they stretch the slightest convo fooorever and then now! they seem to be posting it every 2 weeks without it being a two episode special wtf is going naruto is sucking big fat dick wft AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!....im just not going to watch for a couple weeks then i could just sit back and actually enjoy a straight hour or so of it...but then again, its probably going ot be 45 minutes of naruto bitching,5 minutes of sakura asking him to stop, 5 minutes of kakashi telling him to stop, and then >5 minutes of actual fighting in where it just ends with one blow....then out comes a box that say"s "and they lived happily ever after...the end"....wouldn't put it past them.... >

episode 4/10
ed 9/10. Really cool highschool setting with gangs, love confessions, rivalry, bonding.

i agree a six ep ova would be really cool.
10 times better than the crap we have to put up with.
Mirror fight/explenation that they were fighting mirrors = not just another excuse to fill time?

They are!! *cry* I am losing all faith in Naruto, the first episode, well first 2 were awesome, kept me going thus far but eh... starting to feel the same I did with the fillers.

wtf, they skipping another week of Naruto???? God dam it, they just keep ruining this show. They need to stop trying to milk it for all its worth. I am really getting pissed at bleach and naurto. I think both manga are pretty far ahead for them to stop doing fillers >.<.

I don't understand why people are slating this episode so much. It was way better and a breath of fresh air compared to a lot of the previous episodes. I was almost at the point of giving up on the series and only watching a few episodes after each month or so. But this episode has rekindled my interest.

The fighting actually had flowing animation, not like 2 frames per second in the previous fights. The music has also picked up after becoming a bit stale. Granted there was a place or two where they could have sped things up, but Naruto throughout the whole series has been like that in places.

Overall I rated this as a good episode, lets hope they continue from the quality of this episode.

I got the feeling they were 'spoofing' other types of manga/anime, if not a specific few. You know those highschool fight ones. It was cool though. It brings me back to the bathing suit ED from way back.

Gave it a '5' with the caveat that the new end kept it from going lower. What a snooze-fest!

In Mystery Science Theater 3000's episode 201 (Rocketship X-M), Dr. Clayton Forrester described Rocketship X-M as
