i'm not expecting too much myself, i'm guessing that the fight will cross into Gai's team and Kakashi's team.. so thats about 6 fights switching between each

yup yup..Im sticking with the manga for right now and when im backed up to were i havent seen twenty episodes then ill watch em. More better that way.

also, cna someone tell me what manga chapter this episode goes with so if i do decide to go read the manga...i can ?

That'd depend more on yourself whether you lose interest or not. If you do want to start reading the manga, this episode starts at chapter 264/265 so you'd want to start there.

im realy praying this ep will be gd. with the bleach eps not that gd atm im bein forced to watch old anime to pass the time( zoids genesis).

Don't ask it here, ask google.

Even if you read the manga ahead of anime it will be probably fun to watch the episodes. But you will be spoiled then, so if you like to watch for the animated action and music and don't care already knowing what will happen, it's ok. It's interesting to read the manga if you want to discuss it on this forum, debate theories and stuff. Also if you don't like the anime fillers than the manga is better. If you are completely satisfied with the anime episodes than you should not read the manga i think, because it will just reduce the enjoyment of the anime.

well i used to be interested in hte anime...and so i didn't read it...but all this slow pacing and fillers are totally ticking me off!

naruto just isn't as good as before ...either that or its just the fillers that are screwing it up

i hope naruto gets better SOON.

Besides, instead of wasting time drawing for fillers and stuff...why cna't they just stop and use all their time to draw more manga ? as to speed things up... THEN, once they're ready...bombard us with 1 hours specials and sexy ass animation

I don't think there will be any intense fighting in this entire series. Unless you count intense staring contests.

• Or the intense lack of urgency in the fighting...
• Or the intense amount of jumpcuts that have no value whatsoever...

what a deception! naruto shippuuden is the deception of the year

have watched 12 minutes of nothing but talking

has picked up from the 16 minute

well after 22 minutes i have been left wanting more as the naruto series does, thought this was gonna be an hour long

bit disapoint they added in the naruto fighting the rock cliff face bit but, the opening 12 mins of the ep are some of the nosensicle drivle ever especially as i've read the manga for this point in the anime and even though it's colourful and spoke it's just not as tense as it seemed in the manga.

Nartuo 264- 275 is arguably the best batch of issues the series has every seen and studio pierrot is mucking them up spectaculary. I'm really at a lost for words now.

I haven't said this about too many episodes, but this one really sucked. They are doing the fight scenes all wrong. It just doesn't feel right at all.

This episode wasnt that bad. The talking was really annoying, but its just building up tension for when Naruto starts owning Deidara with his Kyuubiness-well, thats what I hope anyways...

Pathetic episode, horrible flashbacks, horrible music placement god this series is horrible.
