I personally HOPE she wins. But my gut feeling says Kurokiba has got this. At the very least Megumi goes down while fighting him head on with 'bizarre' style.

Really want her to win but have the feeling that she will lose. Kurokiba doesn't show much expression or thought about her ramen, and the grandfather didn't strip too.

Doesn't seem like she is going to win, but when she loses this can serve as a mean to motivate and grow her as a character.

Got to respect her though, she is challenging Kurokbia directly instead of going around it.

Stripping aside, Megumi admitted that she lacks the skill to make a strong ramen dish traditionally...her current ramen was the innovative EZ mode, so imo Kurokiba should get this purely because he is a more skilled cook.

Even so, I'm thinking due to my experience with shounen manga. Not even taking into account she is a love interest, the main protagonist's friends who are always only slightly weaker than him always lose to a big baddie to build drama for the confrontation between the big baddie and the main character.

The problem is...Ryou is not the big baddie in this arc. It is the dreadlock guy.
