To actually put something in this thread,
To Love Ru and Kanokon for border line ecchi/hentai (I prefer To Love Ru since the shouta in kanokon is annoying as well as strange to watch)
Ikkitousen and Sekirei (not really school though)
Zero no Tsukaima for some ecchi as well as repetitive boob jokes in every single friggen episode With the occasional attempt to be serious

I wouldn't really call Mnemosyne ecchi at all. -_- and I wouldn't watch Green Green either it like destroys your brain. But ecchi that I would suggest are: Kanokon, ToluvRu, Ikkitosen/Ikkitosen 2.

Actually, I think Ikki Tousen is a lot funnier than either of those two, both intentionally, and in spite of itself.
