Another bit of speculation - How many demons have Gash defeated by now? How many have the others survivors of the series taken out? How many did the losers take care of before they came before the ones we know of? If there were only a hundred demons let loose for the tournament, we should be getting awfully close to the final rounds by now.
I have talked to the people who have read the manga on this. Apparently, there are more than 100 demons. The manga demonary (Warning, spoilers) only lists 45 in the manga so far. Also, just because they decide to let them go to the end does not mean they will be in the "finals". You will find out about demons later who tie/beat gash and a) dont burn his book (this has already happened once) or b) are killed by other demons

In the manga, the book occassionally announces how many demons are left. There were 70 demons left just before they went to England.

And bay, that over 100 demons is a pretty big spoiler.

Am I the only one who thinks this show is totally reminiscent of 'Shaman King' now that I see the evil Gash it makes me think so even more because of Yu and Hao. Don't get me wrong, I"m not saying that Konjiki No Gash Bell is a rip off or anything, I actually am getting a bigger kick out of it than I did 'Shaman King' it just makes me think of 'Shaman King' a lot.

This anime is awesome! The sad parts is what get me ... like Koruru and her nee-chan .... ;_;. Though I must say I laughed out loud when seeing Vulcan 300...

Still waiting for 9 and onwards to download. Faster faster must watch!!!

5. Koko and Zophise(Sherie's friend in ep 12)

I've seen some of the Raw episodes, and I can add a few demons to this list (I'm aware that some will probably be out before now, I'm just listing the ones that, as of now will be ^^) Also, I may have a few names wrong.

Just as a note, there's spoilers farther than the names of the demons.

Spoiler:

and also... I noticed that it says in the section Gash Bell that it'll be 52 episodes in total... but I checked both topics for episode length, and neither of them have a determined length.
So I'm wondering, is the episode number just a guess in the Gash Bell section, or is it obtained from a source that hasn't been put in the topics yet? ^^

Is it just me, or did ep. 20 look a little sloppily drawn? Hm, in any case it seems that

Spoiler:

Oh, well. Back to scratching at the walls in wait for the next episodes...

I didn't notice any sloppy animation in this episode...
Although I thought it was a bit sloppy in episode 15...

I just watched episode 21. A lot of drama and unanswered questions added to the series!!

My biggest question being..
Spoiler:

-_- ..ok I apologize for that. From the preview it looks like theyre going to continue with the kooky episodic meetings of other demons, and have this Gash-look-alike-youll-soon-know-what-hell-is-bwahaha!-thing hang over our heads. Ooh, the suspense!

Gash will likely be longer than 52 episodes. The current aired episode is the beginning of the current manga arc which already has 60 chapters out.

Also this is a Toei series, Toei tends to make long series. I.E. One Piece

know it'll likely be longer, There's still quite a few demons that they have yet to introduce, and the manga is still running and stuff. Just asking since the site had it and such ^^

Anyhoo, I haven't seen episode 21 yet... but I'm happy about it because we're no one episode away from my favorite episode, episode 22

Great news that the anime is going to be fairly long running. I hope A-E will keep subbing it to the end - The pace has surely been furious the last few weeks

As said, ep 20 yielded more questions than it did answers...But I do expect everything to be revealed in good time. Gotta love the fact that anime series (practically) always have a proper ending

During my usual check on the Gash Bell official site... I found something interesting...

http://www.websunday.net/gash/movie/eiga.html
(most likely has slight spoilers and such)

Seems that a Gash Bell movie is being made.
the title... and my Babelfishing of the story summary :P

Spoiler:

Hope you don't mind the quality of the summary, like I said, it's babelfished ^^

If you look around that site and the links it gives a bit, you can find a trailer for the movie too, which IMO looks pretty good.

and judging by what it says, it'll be coming out August 7th.

Sounds like it isn't based on the manga, so might as well forget it now.

Not much hope for quality considering the original 5ep plot the anime had.

Ahhh, ep 22 was a little sad... But on the other hand, the fourth spell truly fits the bill of "kickass"

Ep 23 looks to be of the more comical kind, as we get to see more of the donkey, eh, horse, eh, stuffed whatchamacallit...

Yeah, poor Yopopo. Its amazing how much emotion they can pack into one episode. It was on par with the one girl demon ep.

To KoroshiyaX

In Japan, episode-48 of Konjiki no Gash Bell was just on TV.
And according to manga, gash (and his mates) are fighting to monsters, which were sent to our world about 1000 years ago.
so, it will last more than 70 espisodes, i guess.
