Laura stuart was supposed to be above Kanzaki in magical power. And I doubt that accelerator can activate awakened mode at will yet.

Oh, imagine the sheer fukou da on his enemies when he does gain that ability. Kakine seemed to have it appear on command though... just didn't show it off because of its appeal to kids

Well, I'm eager to see what the really high up magicians (Saint and Majin level) will think when they see Awakened Accelerator. Only Index and Lessar have seen him, and Index was astounded by the sheer power he wielded--one that not even a Saint could channel in their body.

I imagine that whoever is behind GREMLIN (all bets on One-Eyed Othinus) would have interesting insights and be interested in Aleister's masterpiece.

Since the Dragon symbolise an angel stained with evil among other things (within Christianity, straight from Volume 18), and that Aiwass says DRAGON is the most accurate title to refer to itself, then maybe what Touma is sealing is an evil angel of the Horus Age similar to Aiwass? if they do a “Bleach” scenario hollow transformation on touma !! I wound’t mind that to see a evil touma form (WITH SOME POWER THAT WE NEED TO SEE, ENOUGH WITH THE IM THING,, WANT TO NEW POWER) but it better be good

Speaking of broken magicians there's still a bunch of dangerous guys in Necessarius or at least under Laura Stuart's command. Yes I'm talking about the guys who supposedly "almost killed" Crowley (who the heck are they?!). It's time Kamachi explains in detail what happened 60 years ago !!!

Aleister probably wasn't that strong when he got 'almost killed' by those magicians

Maybe it just go "as planned" for Aleister. He needs to time and space if he plans to launch academy city. It won't do him good if the magicians still chases him while the academy city was in planning state.

No, as a magician it was known already about his wife's death and the sacrifices he did which means he that he got the Book of Law from Aiwass.
After that the Anglicans hunts him down and almost dies. Just because he got stronger it doesn means other magicians were weak in comparison, it was mentioned already that Magic Gods can screw with you without sweating a single drop.

I won't be surprised if Laura turns out to be the deadliest thing in the UK...

Al now is likely to be far stronger than he was back then though...

Well, you're all being very unimaginative, don't forget that Crowley is the Voldemort of this story, if the Angelicans had the strength to take him on easily they wouldn't still be worried about him 60 years after his supposed death.

To which I propose this scenario in that Crowley had all this great power in his control, and in his hubris he try to...Let's say attain a postion above God. That plan backfired and the rebound weakened him to the point that Necessarius can swoop in to finish him off.

Let's not forget that Laura kept a specialised Anti-Crowley division tens of years after his supposed death. He's that dangerous--even more that whatever the (Osiris bound) Fiamma could ever hope to be.

That's saying something.

They were worried because a magician like him was starting to use his knowledge on Science and time later after his supposed death Academy City was created.

I said a long time ago, that there was a chance that a person similar to Touma (IB included and probably with allies just like usually does) stood before him when he had a freaking level of power, since Aleister was a magician using magic theories failed to guess a way to surpass his enemy and got defeated, adding to that the fact Aleister is a person who gives up after defeat, dissapeared hiding his existence and started a new plan, this time with IB as main piece of his plan.
I don't think the is stronger than he was in the past, when he appeared to face Fiamma what he did was calling out his Blasting Rod and defeating him, by now I would say he is more resourceful than before.

Strong enough to have received the title of the strongest mage ever lived.

And he had some sort of omnipotence when he faced of against Fiamma seeing as he was in two places at the same time.

Heaven Canceller had the chance back in Volume 13, but Aleister cut off his ability to do so apparently. He'll probably explain a lot of details regarding Aleister's plans to his kouhai (Accelerator) during NT.

Vol13 epilogue suggested Heaven Canceller was the one who picked him up on the brink of death and gave him the idea of Academy City; I doubt Aleister had it all planned out tbh.
