Any & all ecchi themed comedies always do it for me, a few suggestions I can offer you right here & now are Maria+Holic, Rosario+Vampire, Mahoromatic: Automatic Maiden & it's second season, Something More Beautiful, B Gata H Kei, Kiss X Sis, & Hayate No Gotoku! (both seasons)

Nichijou without a doubt. It's like Lucky ☆ Star (which is also my recommendation in case you haven't seen it yet) but with a lot less otaku references and a lot more general randomness. Seriously, it's the only anime that has made me literally burst out laughing 50+ times by now.

It's been mentioned before, but I highly recommend Gintama and Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu. For the latter, you may want to watch at least the first season of Full Metal Panic first to get to know the characters better. Both titles have really lovable and funny characters, and the best sense of humor I've seen in anime.

Will also include Nichijou - I enjoyed Lucky Star more, but did not literally lol as often as I have with Nichijou. Lucky Star made me quietly chuckle to myself a LOT though.
I also find Hayate no Gotoku very funny ... but I like the manga version better. You might like Azumanga Daioh too ... I found it to be funny at least, although not quite as crazy, unpredictable and erratic as Nichijou.

It's very rare for an anime that once I think of it I simultaneously start laughing and can't wipe the smile off my face. That's Jungle Wa Itsumo Hale nochi Guu, it was already suggested, but I have to second it, that's just how funny it was.
Yakitate Japan!!! Also deserves a mention. Imagine Iron Chef animated by the people who did DBZ, epic chef battles, with hilarious reactions. The plot is very stupid, but that's what makes it funny. Seconding Seto no Hanayome and School Rumble
