I'd like to see Sairaorg get his own alternative to Breakdown the Beast which doesn't endanger his life. Maybe he can use the axe and armor at the same time if he is truly pressed against a strong foe.

What would be the point as Regulus is the axe and the power of the axe is represented through the armor?

The main reason why Regulus Nemea's Balance Breaker took the form of armor was because of Sairaorg's nature as a hand-to-hand fighter.

Maybe a short story collection of things that happened during the tournament preliminaries.

Well it looks nice but Le Fay looks way too identical to Ravel on the cover.

@Lucidrago sorry didnt know where to post this so i figured the previous volumes thread would suffice for the time being until a thread is created. I kind of agree with that. The biggest differences are the chin and just a lighter shade of blonde. I kinda like the mini gogmagog.

Cool to see how much the hero faction and Sairaorg's peerage have improved since the third arc.

A great fight. Just wish the match went into a little more detail.

Reading this fight just made me realize how inexperienced Issei is in combat compared to most of his peers.

How is Issei in any way inexperienced to combat compared to Sairaorg and Cao Cao?

Even though Sairaorg is a power type like Issei, he still shows more fluent and technique in close combat while Issei is more reckless and endure unnecessary hits. His fight with Saji where they just punch each other is proof of this. Cao Cao just speaks for itself.

Oh good now I can catch up some. Was waiting for this to finish because it feels like it should be a main volume and not a dx

Now we know the difference between Rias and Ravel from Sona's view

[Sona was once again reminded of the decisive difference between Rias’ peerage and the Sekiryuutei’s peerage. If it was Rias, she would’ve saved a trump card like Dragon Deification for a critical moment in order to use it as a finishing move. Ravel was different. To her, a trump card was only one of many cards in her hand to be played. In order to take control of a situation, she would not hesitate to use a trump card even at the beginning.

…It seems like tricks and petty tactics won’t have much effect on Ravel Phoenix. Our opponents have not come here to ‘defeat’ us.

—They have come to ‘destroy’ us.]

So people saying Rias is just as good as Ravel as a tactician are proven wrong.

You can't really compare it like that. There's always pros and cons to how one thinks and acts on strategy. There's no indication to which is superior.

I didn't know it was a argument, I thought it was pretty clear Ravel was the better between the 2

I know there are pros and cons but Ravel has more pros than Rias as shown by far. Also their match in Shin volume 2 is another example.
