Honestly with the exception of Chifuyu they all look weird to me in the new illustrations.

Agreed but noot agreed. I think Houki looks better in the new that in the old ones, same for Cecilia and it really makes her looks more mature and classy (I don't know why are you panicking about), Rin got forehead moe (not that i complain), Charlotte is cuter than before, and Laura... aside from the hair she looks the same for me.
The shoujo sque looks really weird on Ichika like if he were other person, although is better to wait for another illustration but I'll say it again, it looks really weird.

For Chifuyu... she got 9000 times better than before.

pd: Laura's belt in the new illustration... Is that what I think it is?

Disagree. She looks more regal and beautiful .. but where's the constant grumpy scowl on her face? I miss my grumpy onee-sama..

I prefer the new style over the old one, this new one is far more detailed and artistic, this is a LN yet it looked like a 4koma with previous illustrations.

@Strigon Eh, Houki always had that pouty air about her in the old stuff. Now she and the others look I don't know overly cutesy.

Cecilia had more of the tsundere-ojou feel imo. But behind it you could see she just wanted to be a normal girl as cliché as it may sound.

I guess that depends on the response towards the remake of the novels, and if there are any major.changes in the plot.

About a.second.season, i don't see any major obstacle

Well the only art I'm not too happy with mine valkyrie's. Okiura's art style was just the right mix of cute and sexy for me

Hopefully it's just the angle that gives me the bad impression.
