Hell no, this features multiple misunderstandings.

It would make Okada proud though. Dropped its on. Hope the anime skips that to just focus on the gaming part.

It's interesting how the MC has the same name as the MC of Yo-Kai Watch.

Amano Keita [Gamers] (雨野景太)
Amano Keita [Yo-Kai Watch] (天野景太)

The Gamers' Keita has the Kanji for "rain" (雨) in his surname, whereas YKW Keita has the kanji for "heaven" (天).

See what I did there?

So now we know that the two Amano Keitas are not the same person.

You know that "more than 2 love interest = harem", that's how it always rolls and that's how it is called as well on its country of publication.

Except in harem there can't be male rival who likes same girl as MC because it makes simpleminded otaku go "NTR! NTR". Which won't happens in typical harem series like Infinite Stratos.

Sounds like the early parts of Haganai. Is the light novel series complete or will the anime be another unsatisfying teaser for a LN that will end badly a couple of years later when nobody even cares any more? Not that I'm bitter or anything.
