I'm mainly grinding for heavy tank equipments, which are unreasonably priced. |

I had to suffer the T-34 to get the SU-85, but it worth the trouble very mucho. Althought... 57mm with 1.85 seconds reload and full premium ammo is so awesome. Specially when shreding anything below tier 6 in seconds.
Damn, just when I don't have gold left there's 100% bonus to tier 5/6. I'm planning to farm to get the KV-4 again, as I said before to get the IS-4 |

speaking about mediocrity...
the FV4202, unlike what Touma said, is not mediocre, it have excellent accuracy, good gun depression and aim time, it a terrain abuser and a specialist sniper, same accuracy as E-50M, but smaller profile, better gun depression, camo and rate of fire make it the best t10 med sniper in the game, the down side of FV4202 is its speed limit of 40kmh and poor armor. that prolly why Garbad rated it above E-50M and 121 in his t10 med review. so Touma, this tank is not mediocre at all, it a specialist.

Also the price difference is a bit steep. For vent, medium use those that cost 150k, and heavy use those that cost 600k. Medium rammers are 200k and heavy ones are 500k. T-34 is ok. It just doesn't have enough lasting power to make the high ROF kick in. That's why I prefer hard hitting, slow reloading guns on thin-armor vehicles so that I can hit and run. |

The thing about rammers is class type, heavies always use class 3 and mediums use class 2 and lights use class 1.
Psht you will never ever spend the amout of loot i spend for credits. while you guys make minor transaction i'm doing the major transactions. And kimi the way ppl rate tanks is based off experience in the tree. It is different per player. such as my play style does not fit in with any other player on AS or MUP. Well get ready for another weekend of bullshit cuz it will be 5x xp starting tomorrow. But i think most of us would rather waste errr... i mean spend time with the family and watch the fire at work. Happy Independence Day to all our US players and i will see you guys whine later in game or not since i got CoH OF and CoH2.

I didn't think the T-34 was that bad and I had much more fun with it than I did with the likes of the M4 and if you buddied up with another fast firing tank you could shred almost anything.
Also moved up to the 100mm in the SU-100 and its pretty decent so the short grind to the 122mm shouldn't be too bad. I'll probably do both the SU-152 and SU-101 lines once I elite the SU-100 as I can't seem to choose between them. In other news MM has been fully stuffing me over the past few days and I'm usually stuck at the bottom of the tier table in most matches which is made worse by the curtain munching team mates I usually get...

True you need a similar partner when runnin the t-34 series if ur using the 57 but i don't too many player that have a similar setup. plus if ur platooned with 34s u need to assist fire and kill. otherwise it doesn't work to well. which is why i rarely run T-34 series tanks.

HESH did massive spalling damage to structures and regular armor; spaced armor and spall liners neutralized it quite a bit.
Meanwhile... The first time around with the KV-1S, I wanted to push through it to the IS (which turned out to be hugely disappointing), and didn't bother continuing with any research on the KV-13 which would have elited the 1S. (Meanwhile, I was using the T-34-85 to research the T-43 and contemplated researching the KV-13 that way... and then the 34-85 turned out to be hugely disappointing.) So this time around, I'm taking care of that problem, with the added benefit that my crews are a lot better, and I think I've learned some things in the meantime. So the 1S will be elited shortly... just in case the T-50-2's replacement really does turn out to be available as research from the KV-1S. That doesn't mean that grinding is not still... grinding. |
