I still say that immortality sucks big time, and that eventually even with a lelouchxc.c. relationship they would both seek death after a time. Just look at the show Heroes. |

Ok, I'm perfectly ok with someone expressing their opinion but does it really matter if he's dead or not?
There is only one way we will ever know and that is if there is an episode 26 to make us all go "FFFFFFFFFFFUCK YOU SUNRISE!" or Taniguchi says so but i seriously doubt he'd say anything about it to keep Code Geass open ended until the movie shows up to compete with Macross Frontier's movie |

Just speculation at this point Ham, speculation. Hopefully we'll get something soon to give off some closure to the series I hope
He is a man of miracles scifi, after everything he's accomplished I would give him some more faith on the matter. It's not about Immortality as many put it but how you set your mind to it, and that gets easier I feel with a companion along the journey

Heck, it'd be one heck of a ride the whole way. Living with a super-fine green haired witch for eternity. P.S. The idea of the movie sounds kind of pointless for me. It'd be like End of Eva, where it's more to explain everything to the fans because they can't handle the ambiguity. And since CG didn't spend its last two episodes in a blank state, but rather fully showing everything and keeping a few unanswered questions, the movie or ova addition wouldn't go too well in my opinion. This is the most proper ending to the series. Ovas could work as fillers, like somehow explaining C.C.'s name, more detail into certain aspects, but I wouldn't expect any plot advancements from here on.

Ironically, it was Lelouch who became said tyran in order to *willingly* and I emphisize that word, recreate the world. Light on the other hand was a person of incredable intellect, but a misguided fool that would never understand that for all the good there is in the world there will always be evil. |

Lelouch is not dead. Check what CC said in the end "The power of kings, known as Geass, brings one solitude. Not quite accurate is it?" The driver is Lelouch, and he is with CC
Everything is in accordance for him, fullfilling the promise with CC, world at peace (somewhat), Suzaku gets to "kill" him, and the BK still has a "zero" to worship. |

Lol, i had a good laugh at this comment... but I also agree. I don't see a movie. I don't think it would suit the series too well. Anime movies made from anime TV series usually are mediocre at best anyway.

if the movie continues the series, then the movie is usually awesome... if the movie is a retelling of the series, then it completely sucks ass (I've only encountered one exception to this)
