Considering what he did to the Student Council Candidates as "punishment" it shouldn't be that difficult for him to do it. Medaka was an exception, because she was leagues above him in terms of speed and strength.

He didn't use Bookmaker on them, though it's fair to assume he could've.

But the only reason he'd use it in the first place is if he was using it against an opponent who he could not beat or could beat him, so yea, it's a weakness given that he has to fully pierce the enemy with it.

Which makes a lot less useful then "All Fiction". I wonder if "All Fiction" can be used to turn a Skill into Nothing?

Technically it should be able to do that.
But Kumagawa will still need to touch the person so the question is: will he be able to touch someone when in the need to erase a skill?

Raffrafflesia resisted All-Fiction, factually. Well, only to the point where it got an on/off switch, which simultaneously re-formed Emukae along with the pep talk she just got.

So it probably has to do with how a Skill/Minus are created then... Which means, he could probably erase Naze's, since it's artificial.

Not Medaka fanfics though? Because the only person posting fics at the moment is "sadistic lunatic" who I'm pretty sure is Xiyon.

My opinion on those fics, and the author of them, need not be said.
