Actually he could go to prison before that. He can't pardon himself from the IRS investigation or any crimes the state of washington might charge him with, as long as they aren't federal crimes.

Furthermore, should Pelosi actually impeach him again (yes he did get impeached, just not removed), and The Senate actually removes him this time around, he'd be disqualified from ever running again.
In contrast, if the 25th is used he could still run again in 2024, but according to Legal Eagle Impeachment and the 25th arent mutually exclusive.

For ex. you are to believe that free speech is now considered bad because it allows hate to exists, while censorship is good because it will create a utopia where people are no longer allowed to freely express themselves.

Whether you believe suppression of speech is good or bad defines whether or not you've been subverted into wearing mental handcuffs and believing these cuffs are good for you and society.

I can't say I am censored because a newspaper, a radio program, a tv station or a social media company (all of them, private business) do not want to publish my personal opinion. As private entities they have their guidelines of what they publish or not and you as a consumer decide whether you are interested in their publications.

Censorship is when the government unilaterally decides that you are being damaging to society by saying the simple truth, which is anathema to autocratic regimes.

Facts are clear, bullshit reeks, but TBT I am to tired to do the straight man on the tirade said Itherko's relative posted on Facebook, it simple never ends and they will never listen since they have been already indoctrinated.

There has been more than sufficient examples of collusion between private and governmental organizations (especially in the US) to the point that they have been no different than acting arms of the political establishment including propaganda and censorship (with the attendant consequences), so acting as if it were something only non-democratic structures do just isn't the case.

I think to mean cooperation, the term you used is limited to illegal endeavors, you know, the kind that can put you in jail or carry a hefty fine. Well seems like various groups are making noise about "round 2" soon. Lets see if the capitol doesn't have it's pants down again. They won't make the same mistake twice. I'd hope common sense would kick in but considering some are actually howling about committing murder I don't think sense is going to come into play here. I really hope blood doesn't have to be spilled here but it may be an unfortunate consequence. We'll just have to see. I imagine the capitol is going to be on high alert this next week and a half.

So he is going to visit the border the same day he is getting impeached, if this was a slaptick movie he would do as many criminals and cross the border to evade justice. No chance of that happening IRL, right? As a side note, about a year and a half ago we had Evo Morales fleeing from Bolivia after he lost the elections, his political party returned to power with help from our goverment...

It's one thing to hear about how easily people can be controlled by the media and other sources but to see this cult like brainwashing is just shocking to see in action. People acting this way just do not make sense. You can't really get into this mind set, nor would you really want to. Hope the various police and guard in the country make it through the month ok.

As cold as it is to say it, I can't really feel sympathy for the rioters who get hurt here. I can't empathize with their "cause" and their willingness to hurt others who are trying to discharge lawful duties or who are just simply in their way just disgusts me. Are there otherwise good people who are simply victims of Trump's manipulations among the hate groups and bigots who just want to see their racist agenda advanced regardless of what burns down in the process?

Trump is on really thin ice here. If the rioters attack again I really think this is going to finish Trump off, assuming the first one doesn't. The man is going to have a hard enough time staying out of prison as it is.
