I think Melt is going for specializing in fight scenes.

He's will probably never be good at conveying emotions which will hold him back, but he will know how to move his body.

I like how the author doesn't make Melt a god actor in such a short time span just because he realized his error and has the resolve to be a better actor. He still has a long way to go. Good thing Aquagave him the right advice to focusing on something he is good at instead of ending up getting mediocre result in everything.

The fan artist doing the art is a huge Kana fan, so that's the reason for the disproportionate amount of Kana art compared to Akane. Akane really does deserve more attention though IMHO.

Yeah, Akane starts to become very good after Aqua saved her from the online bully and even better when she got her hair grew longer.

The new chapter is out. So far, everyone is now showing off their ability to act and we also learned how Kana's action inspired and drove Akane to became an actress in the past.

Judging from the reaction of both of them in the present, their first meeting must be going very bad.

It doesn't look like loli Kana is in the mood to roast anyone though.

It looks more like she's depressed and will be keeping her head down, and Akane will see that and be disappointed that she's nothing like she expected in real life.

Kana's way has been to keep her head down and only perform what's expected of the people around her for the past decade, even if it's mediocre.

That cynicism to just stay in business could easily disillusion Akane who believed acting to be a passion.

Akane could easily ask a benign question like why Kana is holding back and Kana could take it the wrong way and lash out, feeling slighted that Akane is too idealistic and has no idea what Kana has been through.

Spoiler: Melt's acting remains terrible, which can't be helped give he had no prior experience and the script changed suddenly, but he at least managed to do something to impress everyone else. I think that was the most important thing. Everyone else around him had years of experience except maybe Aqua and he's a different case altogether. __________________
