Yeah, he has a baby mutant wyvern that he's currently raising. Too weak to fight. It was abandoned by its flock for being a mutant, where Kurando picked it up.
It's a mutant as in it has no legs but instead wings grow there, and it has one big eye and instead of two normal. It doesn't have a poison stinger either, but Kurando doesn't know if that just grows later on or not. The monster tamer's mutant wyvern has 6 wings for the record.
It moves basically like a seal on land and can't fly for shit. It swims really well though and has a water gun/breath. Granted the water gun is still very weak and only good as a super soaker.

No dream, no ambition. And what he do is reasonable so far. And more likely real people if not some chuuni shit will do same as him.

The only place I can ever find public images on this is on BookWalker as well. Which has extremely varying image quality, sadly.
I like how the author called the Kurando on this cover "serious Kurando." Which makes him on the other ones "normal" then, I suppose?

I don't think the author/artist will have any hesitations to turn a magical fantasy leopard-beast into something that looks like a tiger. They can always claim that the resemblance is either a coincidence, or this is how Yuki will look when she is grown up.

I think chances are rather high that this is Yuki... how many giant, white cats can there be in a story like this?

Just as a heads up, half of his lack of stability is due to his own nature of being unable to settle in with most communities.
For better or worse, Kurando is pretty anti-social. If something doesn't work out in some way, he has a tendency to just leave it altogether.

Spoiler for :

There's no actual romance. He meets Akari again after forever and there's nothing between them.
He also now travels/lives with Iryda and Yobi (both women), though. So that could be considered romance, if they weren't all adults and fairly responsible in that area.
Kurando makes little effort to hide his interest in women and both of them are aware of it, but are also aware he's essentially harmless in that area unless they come onto him.

Honestly, Yobi probably has the most likely chance of anything happening but neither try to do anything due to not wanting to disturb their current lifestyle...or something. I can't clearly remember.
Yobi being his former slave that he half-assedly taught how to be a hunter because he wanted to see if there was any point to revenge and thus helped her with her own revenge.
She's a former wife, had a now deceased child, and decided to chase after Kurando to keep her side of the promise (that Kurando ditched her on because she was showing hesitation after the revenge ordeal), so she's basically the 'safest' choice for anything sexual to happen with.

Akari has literally met Kurando once after leaving the mountain at the start and wasn't anything special.

Iryda occasionally teases Kurando but it's in good fun, and she treats him more as a respectable fellow hunter and traveler.

As for stability, sort of? He's been living in a desert nation(?) now for a year with the two mentioned above with relative success.
It's just recently heroes showing up in the desert, along with the local clans trying to expand their power influence has kind of made that very complicated.

The latest chapter actually ends on Kurando (wounded) being treated by Iryda and Yobi, who found him with Yukishiro in a random cave.

He also does incidentally accidentally "propose" to someone in the desert (giving someone a sword counts as that apparently), but the woman knows he just isn't aware and when he later finds out he has no intention of following up on it anyway. That said, he probably won't be meeting her for a while as well due to the above mentioned issues.

Checking news about it, light novel is still done, but it got a manga serialization, got 2 volumes out, no idea if is stil going, web novel didn't restart.

Spoiler for : Its male but has a female mind. So it's a trap. Yukishiro feels responsible for this because she couldn't tell its gender and she's done most of the raising for it. Wyvern genders are very hard to tell and Kurando and even Yukishiro didn't know until they had an animal expert look at him. Its role in the story has so far been mostly mental therapy for the protagonist via cute.
