Seriously, I think it would be a hell lot easier for Republicans to get rid of Trump through impeachment or anything worth invoking the 25th Amendment than find anybody else being "more aligned". Besides, I thought Mike Pence is already a member of the country club that would fit the profile... unless he is too shit to be even considered.

Ol Trumper Bumper seems to think he's invincible and is apparently expecting the senate Republicans to bend over and assume the position like always.

He might of actually fucked up this time beyond repair. He just admitted to what he's being accused of. Publicaly.

If anything might kick the Republicans into finally taking a stand, this might be it. He's just too damaging to attach themselves to, even by silently approving of his actions by being inactive in response to this.
