Need help identifying an old anime which was also made into a Sega Genesis game.

I remember that in the early 1990s there was this anime about a boy dressed like an Arabian--blue vest, white pants, turban, and a red cape. He had companions which consisted of an anthropomorphic dog, a girl who uses guns, and an uber-cute egg that had stubby legs and hands.

The boy had two levels on the sides of his turban that he could pull to perform attacks and at times he could summon this giant mechanical gorilla to fight.

Their main enemies consisted of a big ugly green demon, an anthropomorphic fox, and a weird guy with tape-like arms.

As said earlier, there was also a Sega Genesis game based on this, and dang, it's like one of the best action games I've ever played on that console.

Does anyone know?

I would upload it and text link it but remove the last .gif part of it
Means people will have to do some effort if they want to see it and wont burn their eyes if the accidentally click the link

She was in middle school, I think and encounters a powerful magician in a white tuxedo attempting to steal her staff from her. Other main characters was a girl with blue hair and she turns magic into pans. That's all I have, no image nothing else.

@Asee: just want to confirm that, as far as my knowledge go, there's only one show that have a girl turn every magic into a wash basin, and that's Yokuwakaru Gendaimahou
