^^It had to have been more than that though. If you're among those who assume it was really him that got stabbed by Soifon's shikai (like I am) as oppose to an illusion, you also have to consider that the sting marking from the 1st stab disappeared right in front of her eyes. Normally this wouldn't happen unless Soifon wanted it to. And it definitely wouldn't happen because of a failed attempt at the 2nd hit. This implies either the whole thing really was an illusion or he was indeed able to use his spiritual energy to dispel Nigeki Kessatsu's effect as he said he could.

Oh wow, this is probably the best episodes in all of FKT! The animation team really did Aizen justice, starting from when he slashed Rose after dragging kinsara, all the way to the total ownage of imba hax OP vertical Hitsu dissection. The heroes' team also had a highlight of combo attacks right up to Hitsu-thrust from behind...and as a kicker, we also got ANOTHER chopped arm in Kubo's resume (Sajin's arm) and the music was well placed, the voice acting was better than usual for most characters (Soifon, Toushiro, Ichigo, Aizen, Momo) and the ending point passed a clear message: this isn't a battle, it's a massacre...

P.S: Looks like Chojiro is the last one left standing

P.P.S: Is that little Byakuya showing up around 1:29?

In the manga it got spread over three weeks, the middle one of which seemed to end with Aizen getting cornered by Soi Fong, Shunsui, Shinji and Hitsugaya. Putting the three chapters together really let the central thread of Aizen's total dominance be seen more clearly.

That is why the anime seems so much better than the manga. Also take notice the anime has to fit the pieces together. So unlike the manga it literally can't go from one scene to another like Tite did in the manga

Good animation does wanders to an episode. I congratulate anime team, they did a neat job. Seeing some of the good guys getting owned was satisfying.

Well as I planned, I had watched the episode. Not Aizen fan, actually he bores me to death but this episode looked really cool. Especiall those last seconds when he cut 4 of them down.

His evil grins were pleasing for eyes.

If go about minuses... I'm still confused as to what exactly those clones do, I kinda expected for animation team to extend it slightly... sad that Soi Fon's cool looking panel was not animated but can see it in nice animated OP so can't really complain. It gives it full justice there. Also suprised that Soi Fon was about to say Hinamori's name, didn't think that she would remeber her name. Or was it just a sound of surprise?

Hinamori did sound good as well as Hitsugaya's screams in agony.

What makes this whole Aizen owning depressing is the fact that this powerhouse will be probably defeated soon and most likely by our slow hero... the only ending I see for Aizen after this is something really pathetic...

Ichigo is an idiot as always... couldn't he warn them before hand or take action of his own?

About Suzumebachi... I stick to my old theories:
1. It was illusion from long before, Aizen doesn't hav a single scratch and you can't kill illusion.
2. Soi Fon's bankai takes away a lot of energy and she used it more than usual. Wouldn't be suprised if Yoruici also wouldn't be affected at this point.
3. Aizen really stopped it but he is a mega power house and the only one who can match in reiatsu with him is Ichigo. So after training Ichigo also could become imune. Otherwise don't see Suzumebachi having trouble with anyone else out there so far.

That was definitely brutal. I mean Aizen totally killed them all without wiping a sweat. That's crazy!! I mean 4 fricken captain levels at once! I know Aizen probably used his illusions to cover up anything Ichigo was probably trying to do but, he looked pretty dang retarded just standing there watching them with huge eyes. It's c-er-aazy!
