Yeah, this is definitely getting hardcore ecchi aimed at otaku style, which I see as misplaced.

If Type-Moon wanted to put this kind of fanservice in, why don't they do it in their actual eroge?

I'd rather play it before giving judgment. I feel Passion Lip's quite exccessive, but that isn't enough to say something bad of a game I haven't played because it's not out yet.

Oh no, more than likely it'll be an improvement over the first game's formulaic tournament. I just think the fanservice is getting excessive.

The fact that they may have improved the first game, which was already great, to add it a darker storyline is badass enough. But look at the size of those boobs and what she's wearing?

That's overkill.

Er... I actually think that the've done her like that on purpose (and I do not mean fanservice here). She was designed to be ridiculous. Looks like her "Mother" (BB) got quite the personality.

Of course they have done that on purpose. Considering we had a game of people with butt windows, lots of sexual innuendo and cleavage abounds, people are overreacting. Besides, Chocolate from Sorcerer Hunters has an outfit just like that, so it's not like we have nor seen it before. Its the dissonance between that body and her childishness that is a part of the character, which is why they picked such a VA for her. She was supposed to be vaguely off putting. It is just better to actually wait until we see the story before labeling it as merely fanservice.

Besides, the claws are awesome. :P

It seems to me like it's a deliberate attempt to produce two extremes, and then BB in the middle. They're supposed to be representing different aspects, and the two extremes of breast size demonstrate that. But, yeah, what that guy above me said is true, it's not like TM adding fan service to a game is a new thing. Hell, the sex scenes in the first two routes of the original VN were fan service. really (well, they were meant to be, anyway...).

Not sure what's going on at the end of that video, though, she's clearly screaming for something to stop....
