Kudos to TheSmallOne. He got it pretty right about Ulqs rank which most ppl probably wouldnt even imagine to be true.

As for the rest of the espadas left.. well its pretty hard to judge until we know the 7th and 5h but here is my take on it:

1. Stark
2. Noitora
3. Old Guy
5. Halibel
7. Black Dude

The black guy seems pretty calm and dignified to be 7 though..

I really want Stark and Halibel and the black guy to be top 3 in any order, but I'm pretty sure the old guy will be one of the top 3, unless he is 5

bu then that leaves Noitora to 7, which i think is too low, maybe he is 5..the way i want it

#6 Grimjow (briefly replaced by Luppi)
#8 Zaera-Polo (the four-eyed one currently battling Renji)
#9 Aaroniero (got offed by Rukia, though if Grimjow can be replaced, so can he, maybe Wonderwice would take over?)
#10 Yammy

The remaining unknown numbers include:
- Noitora (who crushed Chad with ease, considering his pursuit for being the "strongest", he's a possible candidate for the #1-3 spot)
- Hallibel (the sole female Espada. I'd be delighted if she were above Ulqi, let alone #1, Bleach badly needs a female character besides Yoruichi that not just pwns, but pwns badly)
- Stark (laid back guy, with a serious looking deputy, not unlike Shunsui and Nanao)
- Unnamed old man (seeing as the Gotei 13 have an old man Yamamoto as their leader, this old man could also be the "leader" of the Espada below Aizen, in terms of experience and seniority)
- Unnamed muscular guy (for some reason, I just can't see him being above Ulqi or Grimjow, that leaves just #7 for him)

Allow me to entertain a guess at the rankings:

Food for thought, in the last panel of Chapter 213 Aizen says to Gin, "..Once we have assembled the Vasto lords and perfected the Espada.." which would imply that none of the current Espada are Vasto Lords.

As for order.
7 - Old guy (He just seems too boring to be anything special)
5 - Hallibel (She's hot, but we already have a token strong female in Yourichi and Soi Fon)
3 - Noitorra (He can't be 1, I wont allow it, and he seemed to mock Ulq when they spoke, so he's stronger maybe)
And I feel 1 and 2 are interchangeable, either the Black guy or Stark, both seem the perfect part.

I'll probably spell these wrong but:

Gillian: the 'dumb' huge slow ones. Long black robe with the pointy nose mask.

Adjuchas: not quite as dumb, but not smart either, much smaller then a Gillian, but still bigger then a human

Vasto lorde: the 'brains' of the bunch. very small, human size, apparently comparable to Captain ranked shinigami, if not stronger.

Apparently, all the Arrancar, and Espada(?), we have seen so far are Gillian or Adjuchas, but I don't think that has been confirmed 100% though, since Ulquiorra *looks* like Vasto Lorde. (I could also be imagining this to, as I cant remember exactly where I saw this statement.)

Actually, in ch 197 hitsugaya explained to ichigo that the power of vasto lorde is above that of any captain

Is Zaera an ex-Gillian or ex-Adjuchas? He seems a bit too small to be either of those. An anomaly, perhaps?

His brother, Ilforte Grantz, was of the gillian class but Zaera himself isn't because the only espada from that class was stated to be Arroniro. Most likely Zaera was a weaker Adjuchas.

I'm not sure if anybody notice but they ranked the espada in terms of power in the new opening of bleach. To see it you have to look closely and pause it. Number 1 starts at the right and thats Ulquiorra
