hehehe i really feel that way...it is too early to be a showdown in narutoverse yet only that there could be a sannin showdown to kill orochimaru so that sasuke would remain and make AL main villain...

Oro can make Sauckay strong, stronger than he could ever be but not Itachi level . If he could why did he need Sauckay to begin with . With or Without MS Sauckay cant get the upper hand he has one factor against him . His desire for Vengance and we have seen how Sauckay reacts when he sees Itachi he cant function at 100 %

But Oro with Sauckay's Body + MS can face Itachi on par or maybe higher

maybe sasuke should wait itachi to die from a disease or old age...i know it would take 60-90 years but hell he will be dead at the end...^_^

The simple answer is no. Even with all the training and the drugs sasuke received from Oro he still is no way near strong enough to beat Itachi.

The complicated Answer is that Oro can make Sasuke's body strong enough to face Itachi but only if he's the one using it. I remember a qoute from the data book (I think) where they say only some one on Itachi's level could grasp his abilities to which they then show a pic of Oro admiting Itachi was stronger.
