I couldn't find anything on the site they cited as the source of the info (nor anywhere else for that matter), and now the news has been removed. It's safe to assume it was bullshit or a mistake.

The seinen moe 4-panel manga A Channel (Aチャンネル) by Kuroda bb might be getting an anime adaptation.

The manga is serialized in the seinen(young men's) moe 4-panel manga magazine Manga Time Kirara Carat.
